I dunno but they had big AGM and say all vote things was passed but no one say nothing 'bout Ohrid again. They say they turn plastic into hydrogin and heat and stuff but I don’t see any money from it yet, just more talking. I’ve seen it happen before – one decent-sized trade can move the price more than it should. Makes it harder to get in or out without pushing the price around. On the plus side, having insiders this deep in likely makes dilutive fundraises less likely, since they’d hurt their own positions. That’s some comfort. But if the company ever runs into financial trouble, raising capital could get tricky fast. Not many options when most of the shares are already spoken for. Also worth mentioning: if any of the big holders decide to cash out a portion, even for personal reasons, it could send the wrong message and hammer the price. These things can unravel quickly if sentiment turns.

But that's a rather naïve view. As a smart investor, I diversify my risk broadly and would never invest more than a small percentage of my total capital in high-risk stocks. That's why (and I do mean why) I could easily invest in both PHE and HUI without issue.

That said, I'm not quite there yet – but I'm definitely keeping a close eye on both.
