I honestly don’t see how PHE is ever going to make real profits. The numbers don’t add up: small revenue, constant costs, always “the big project is coming.” That line has been used for years.

Yet some holders here still talk like we’re “on the launchpad.” If this is the launchpad, the rocket ran out of fuel in 2023.

Reality: without several funded DMG plants and repeat royalties, this stays a lifestyle stock. Best case is a one-off good year. Worst case is more dilution.

But sure, keep saying “this will be huge” every 6 months. Someone has to buy the placings.

There is no public confirmation that PHE is involved in Avioxx’s new NIRAS mandate or the current SAF plants. The last on-record position is a “proposed collaboration” from January 2025 with no follow-on contract RNS.

Bad enough — and Germany isn’t any better. But unfortunately, PHE doesn’t benefit from that either.

PowerHouse Energy got a Japanese patent for its DMG technology on Nov 8, 2024. This means the tech is protected in Japan, but there are no deals or projects there yet. METI gave a support letter back in 2019, but it didn’t lead to any revenue.

Reality check: Protos was scrapped in March 2025. The Longford JV was dissolved after the land option went. Ballymena is a Letter of Intent with no concrete terms disclosed. The FTU update is lab testing, not a commercial plant. Cash at 30 June was ~£1.47m even after ~£1.375m raised in March, and H1 net loss was ~£1.84m. If that’s your “progress,” your tempo is set to hope.

How will PHE survive until it makes any real money? Right now it burns cash and lives off small fundraising and bits of engineering income. No proven commercial project yet, no steady revenue, just promises of future licensing and hydrogen deals. Unless something big gets built soon, shareholders are basically funding the experiment and hoping it doesn’t run out of cash first.

I wrote this on September 1. A lot has happened there since then. Elevate Uranium and European Lithium have performed excellently and will continue to do so. If someone had invested the money they burned on PHE there, they would now be able to buy more Christmas presents for their wife.

They axed Protos and the Longford JV, yet a Feedstock Testing Unit and a Ballymena hydrogen offtake LOI now count as momentum.

Cash thin, losses ongoing, and every dip is a “setup”. I’ll sign an LOI with my kettle next and call it a pipeline.

Nothing says durability like £1.47m cash on 30 Jun after a £1.375m raise—ample runway for the narrative.

Ah yes, forget the share price. True connoisseurs of investing should instead track the CEO’s tie color, the number of coffee cups in the quarterly call background, and whether the office plants look hydrated. Those metrics never lie.

I assume a deep-discount placing at 0.35–0.40p. With 15% headroom that’s ~670m new shares and about £2.35–£2.68m gross. With 20% headroom that’s ~894m new shares and about £3.13–£3.58m gross. After the raise I expect the price to trade below the placing, around 0.30–0.38p until the overhang clears. Without real contracts or grants a second raise remains likely.

Keeping it simple: I don’t see any confirmed near-term cash that would change the balance. Engsolve brings some service revenue, but not a big lump. Avioxx/SAF, Ballymena, Australia, and grants are still just potential with no signed orders or funding. Until an RNS shows a grant award, a purchase order, project finance, or a build start, I assume no material inflow.

Setting aside day-to-day swings, the latest figures imply cash lasts until mid-February to mid-April 2026 if the H1 2025 burn rate holds. That is a simple runway view. The question is what comes next.

How long will the money last? After the next capital increase comes the one after that. But I am firmly convinced that in the end everything will turn out well.

Swazzers, what do you get out of promoting PHE like a market crier X times a day? It comes across as spammy and disrupts discussion. If there’s a reason, explain it. If not, tone it down.
