If you were part of a control group owned 32% of Save, with solid financial support behind them, and anticipated a good court case result from Chad and a resolution of the debt rescheduling issue and progress on the receivables backlog, wouldn't you be tempted to take it private at a modest premium to 7p?

So let me get this right. PG is attempting to sell an asset where he has failed abjectly to flow gas or oil to surface, to a national energy company that has no prior feet on the ground experience and know how of bringing gas and oil to surface.

I'm hoping that the ratio of NPV to Capex in the upcoming DFS release, will be towards or higher than 3X, rather than 1.5X or lower (the Ferro Alloy case). This would be associated with stronger returns on invested capital and a greater buffer against cost overruns or commodity price volatility.

Everyone needs to keep in mind that capex will definitely be increased, as the Stage 2 SPG plant will be incorporated into the DFS design. The question then, is, how much greater will be the enlarged project's NPV.
