Perfect timing for a sharp leg up

My concern yesterday was the high RSI of 88 however this wouldn’t be bad if we hit the 200DMA and maintained a new high for a substantial time.

However on the downside I guess 2.8p is the figure to watch

What revenue will new approval bring and how much equates to profit

My reason for this is based on the 200 DMA which is 4.9p. It’s all about how the Americans view this!. It either moves higher and closes at high point of the day or profits taken due to a stretched RSI or 88. I’m in and happy but nothing goes up in a straight line. News does fuel the rockets though

Looking at the 1 year chart a gap up to 5p looks realistic

The smart ones got out on the spike but the smarter ones jumped back in on fall back with profit.

Next target 4.5p

So sad the boys didn’t do it and bring it home for us as I was looking forward to a bank holiday!

Anyway more diseases and viruses on the way so it’s definitely time for caution.

MHC is due an update and Penny will hopefully give us news on any potential deals as stated in the investors meeting.

I understand many people’s frustration and all I can do is urge people to ask the question has MHC done a good job not diluting and remaining cash positive!

Sometimes the markets don’t care and reward debt riddled companies like GDR which I invested in last week for the first time in a long time. Purely on momentum!.

Strange markets but I genuinely believe MHC is well undervalued compared to its competitors given its cash position.

News required to change momentum and due imminently so hopefully better days ahead for LTHs.

Still no update but you can bet Penny will deliver news just like our local Man Watkins delivered for England.

It’s been an horrendous time for LTHs but remember you can only shape the future and the past is the past.

No debts, No dilution and deals to be done.

I agree but I’m in a company called MHC which has 8m in the bank and valuation of 5m. The markets are so crazy.

Look at all the companies diluting and riddled with debts flying.

I’m happy I sat on the side to watch how this played out. It didn’t feel right. Anyway I hope better dayss ahead for LTHs.

Whilst shopping today in Merry Hill shopping Centre I decided to ask in Boots about MHC products and Covid tests. They stated that Covid tests had seen a steady increase in the last 6 weeks and were quite positive about the MHC tests. After talking to pharmacy there they did say they would expect the government to expand the number of tests that the pharmacy first part are allowed to do other than the recent seven. They said My Health Checked could be a big beneficiary if this was expanded.

The fact Covid tests are still selling is positive because it brings in revenue to enable MHC expansion. With Pubs filling up Wednesday I’d expect Covid to see an uptick this week as Football fever kicks in. People drop their guards and often think it’s gone away. For most it is like a common cold but for some it’s still fatal and shouldn’t be taken lightly.

Anyway hopefully news this month on a Boots deal to help the share price!.

So strange how everyone quite about the Covid variant spreading. I guess all the focus is on election stocks. Let’s hope for a RNS soon to confirm Labour are committed to getting GP waiting times down. MHC could be a beneficiary if they are able to get a deal with Boots over the line.

Investors need news and then hopefully we can see some action in the share price.

Any thing possible and MHC has to confirm details of any news regarding potential deals with Boots as stated.

As Stated we can expect a slowdown in Covid sales however it’s fair to say MHC is using Covid revenue to fund plans for future growth products.

The truth is MHC does have a heavy reliance on Boots a

Nd that probably a smart strategy given most people looking for MHC type products will go to Boots first.

I would seriously like more information on B2B deals and how they plan to extract revenue with the digital platform investment.

I do not share the same view MHC is a one trick pony however I do believe this is the year to make or break. I say this because the markets are clearly watching for news and covid revenue falling is expected.

I have to say Penny has done well to continue expanding as with the plan to introduce the product on shelves in another 200-250 stores self funded.

I personally the market has given more credit to the board for achieving this without diluting like most others in the sector but I guess the markets don’t care and want to see profits and growth.

All we can do is see what happens in a few months when we get the update and hopefully some positive news.

One thing is sure is positive news would be welcomed.

No news from Boots or MHC!!!

Big amounts moving both ways. Not seen these sorts of buys and sells for a long time. Some keen speculators or someone in the know. I wish I had more appetite but happy sit tight for now
