The million dollar question is do people really think the UK and Europe will allow Putin to use energy as a weapon against them. Do you truly not think that the energy of the future will be different to that of today. We may have a price to pay but I guess the governments will say hydrogen etc will be a small price to not rely on putins energy. Who knows but I quess the think tank have a olan

If it gets up to the 100 DMA and consolidates before 200 DMA at 1.27 that will be great. If it rockets to the 200 DMA then that a bonus. If it falls back it is what it is.

Either way it’s worth a punt until concrete news flow

I see your as cheerful as ever. I guess you still have issues with Rees. Anyway let’s get over that one. The fact is they are debt free with cash. News due shortly and still after years of you calling COVID over it’s making money out of the tests.

I do agree a ramp up in new tests is needed 100%. That’s why I’m expecting news on deals with Boots. Also remember it’s capitalised for expansion and not needed a begging bowl for shareholders.

Still it will take a lot of smart marketing to get new products known nationally however there’s ways to do this in today’s age of social media for pennies. The cost of a free test. TV adds, papers etc cost money and I’d use a different approach.

Still I ask one question. Did many of the doubters really expect MHC to have the cash it does two years ago. The answer is no!. Many expected dilution 100%.

I see UKOG jumped 91% in two days after declaring its raised millions in dilution to pay loans off to become debt free. Penny has maintained this status in our sector without dilution so give the lady a chance!. Cut her some slack. News documented and due next month as stated in investor meeting.

Let’s see if MHC starts news flow next month.

Many talking about the dilution but most Aim companies have done this to shareholders to survive. The key is not dwelling on the past and asking the question is the time right to invest now. Some may say no chance but others see it as an opportunity. He1,GDR and many others diluted to virtually bankrupt status and then boom multi baggers!!!. It’s called timing and risk

Ukog has had a terrible few! Years. Is this the opportunity it’s needed to rise again. Conservatives strangled the company with red tape and planning rubbish etc bla bla. Will labour breath life into it.

Lots of people who bought at capital raise price done well. It’s doubled in a week!. That said look at HE1 when it successfully raised cash. The price went up 15 bags before falling back to a six bagger.

Many will say it’s not the same but no reason why LTHs can’t see the investment rise nicely from lows.. surely the big money will be made by the early birds.

I’m watching this with interest, £350 is over 1m shares!. A serious amount of shares circulating. Never the less a share consolidation will happen if it continues its rise North. If I were a LTH I’d be averaging 100%. Take advantage of the hype whilst it lasts because I recall this once being over 30p a share. Wow that’s a serious dilution

We all know deals are being negotiated because they stated it in the investor meeting. So for this reason Directors wouldn’t be able to buy however i trust and truly believe Penny will buy once she’s released anticipated news regarding Boots and partners etc.

A small loss isn’t anything to worry about give cash position and fact money being spent on expanding stores and digital data etc.

I expect COVID sales to be well high in June /July as COVID continues its summer wave. I also hope for news of a deal with Boots regarding phlebotomy tests etc. The new government would be smart to use pharmacy first to help reduce waiting list for GPs. MHC products added to the seven selected already would be a game changer but something that would take time to negotiate with the health secretary etc. The benefit is clearly evident. Is there opportunities in the corporate sector for private testing also!.

Penny and the board will buy in my opinion once price sensitive news declared to the market. Just my opinion.

I think a small buyback would be a catalyst but that depends on Covid sales and cash position in second half.

I’m more disappointed in the markets not boards actions. It’s definitely worth a similar market cap to Albington Heath on cash position alone.

I would also like to see our products on Tik Tok and in Tik Tok shop etc. The more exposure to the public the better brand awareness in my opinion. Let’s see what August brings.

Savvy Directors bought at 4p!. I wonder if goes there again!.

One thing for sure is Covid revenue has been a blessing and enabled MHC to continue its planned expansion.

Many thought and said MHC would be finished last year but they are still here debt free and cash in the bank.

Covid still seems to be a public health issue and causing concerns for many!

I can give you a list of companies where it didn’t matter how much you invested or needed to get to even because they went broke or diluted the! Of the company.

MHC hasn’t diluted or borrowed to stay afloat. Delivering on products and whilst it’s continuing to manage it’s finances without dilution I would say that’s a bonus to others in its sector.

I guess investors make there choice where they invest and I say good luck to all investors who make investments and sometimes we have to ask the question do we still believe in our investment.

For reasons I’ve stated I still believe in MHC and hope to break even and into profit one day.

Interesting times ahead. He says near term 2.59p before correction but it could easily over shoot to 3p in my opinion

So Boots is expanding its vaccine program!.

So it’s announced tests sales are 3x that of June 2023 period.

This is a clear indication that MHC will see strong revenue in Covid sales alone in second half of 2024. Whilst I suspect a slowdown in first half it’s clear seasonal adjustments will show in second half.

That said in the mean time we can also expect new product sales to be ramped up with with a further announcement of Phlebotomy testing etc to be announced in store shortly in my opinion.

Then we have possible tests that may be sold at pharmacy first if government wish to expand it to help with GP waiting lists!

I wouldn’t be surprised if new tests are also announced as MHC quickly establish the tests that can impact patients needs and requirements.

I do think it’s been an awful time for long term holders however I also believe Penny and the board a smart enough to realise how important Boots is.

They have a well established marketing team who thoroughly will utilise platforms and digital data to help create brand awareness and expand the MHC brand.

This company should 100% be valued at 3x current market cap on cash alone compared to competitors such as Albington Health. That’s not saying Albington is over valued but MHC well undervalued based on facts.
