I have a very big problem with acting as though everything is going smoothly and then selling off 25% of the company, purely because it clearly indicates that things are not going smoothly.

If they decide to develop Dugbe using more debt and more equity instead of free cashflow from operations, I shudder to think what the market will value HUM at. Surely close to 0

If they run into any problems with paying down the debt at this point, the share price will absolutely crater and they'll be raising capital below 5p.

This is make or break now, zero excuses. 77m of debt is due and gold is at an all time high. Failure now means you will never succeed.
