Very Fair observations. In my experience such matters are dealt with ongoing consultations and not unilaterally. Compliance is an ongoing procedure and my guess would be that EA, council and Angus are on the same page. But you never know with Angus!!!

This is good news. I criticise the BOD for failure and this is no way a failure. Enhancing a plan is always a good thing. Even more pleasing is seeing the works conducted on ground and matters progressing with regulators too,. And EA permission on Brockham will prove good for Lidsey too. After a long time, I am glad to see tangible results.

The additional authority may also be required to issue shares when warrants are exercised. there should be no dilution for any other purpose. the top and only priority should be GAS. Al other gimmicks of this BOD should be in the bottom drawer , locked up and keys thrown away until gas production and sales start.

the BOD have failed miserably in line with their true form of incompetence. same old BS questions being posed in IQs which will be met with same regurgitated BS. where is the contract and EA permission?

everybody has been done by the deceitful BOD. All RNS confirm previous failures and so do IQ. GL just churns trash and makes up things/excuses etc and simply does not deliver. Not finalising the works contract is all down to management failure. Ditto for EA.

GL & crew are most certainly dishing out the Xmas cheer of failure after failure. No EA approval and no works contract but xmas wages in the bank booze in the toilet. If only we could flush the entire BOD too

Gl & co are a confirmed failure. He can not do anything in good time other than milk the company for his exorbitant salary. I could not agree more that its disgusting to see civil works contract not executed yet (past mid December). That is incompetence.

ED- you dont need to watch anything. EA sends draft permission to the applicant , which when accepted, is formally concluded. Angus will know the permission and conditions well before anything is published as it has to accept it first

EA is probably making a meal of things. All govt departments are not working. buys are going through at .67. EA approval should be imminent. It could come any time . Without doubt GL should be housing the EA .

The value of the gas project is worth £50 million very conservatively. In the next 3 months we should be producing. Lidsey can be worth £50 million plus if we hit the sweet spot and produce decent quantities. The current SP defies all logic and reflects a credibility issue with the BOD.
A deal can be done for Lidsey, provided the data supports it, where the JV partner pays for all development and drilling and makes a golden hello payment for getting a slice of the action. £2 million for drilling etc plus 500K for angus in return for a 20% stake is not bad deal provided technical data supports it.

Hardly any significant sells and buys exceed sells so far and we are DOWN.

Lidsey is very viable as almost all the permissions needed are in place. Its a matter finding the sweet spot after all previous attempts. Luck favours the brave.

its not a bad update . Minor expected delays to be fair under the covid19 circumstances. I can live with that. Very pleasant on Lidsey. it could turn out to be worth a few bob. now feeling a bit more relaxed. bring on the EA permission.
