As sellers dry up, which they almost have, move up in SP will be sharper and sustainable backed by imminent permissions and near completion of the gas.

As I have been saying expect warrants to kick in very soon. No placing required . AAAG eat your heart out. And Since the sellers are all dried up, this is up and UP till the bid emerges.

So far 7.1 ,million traded. 2 million scrappy sells and 5.1 million buys and a few chunky ones.

There could be multiple reasons for paul to sell. raise cash to pay its 49% of costs. May be raise cash to make a cash bid for SFB. Those are the realistic and logical explanations.

its always the serious one who reveal their hand on a date suitable to them. SOU offer is a desperate attempt to save itself.

those sellers are probably people who had placing shares at mates rates with warrants. Either way, those sellers are cashing in some profit and have plenty of warrants to exercise. So they still have some skin in the game.

SOU is not a real/serious bidder. More like hot air with not a pot to Pi** in. My speculation is that the real bidder will reveal itself shortly . I am expecting the warrants to be exercised in the very near future.

Croqman- I felt the same. The real bidder has not come forward yet. May be looking at documents after NDA and show his/her hand soon . Meanwhile SOU is a company in desperate need of fresh funds and it wants to buy the GAS cashflows so that it can meet its own debt obligations. 3.5 to 4 SOU shares for each angus share would be more appropriate. Cant blame their BOD for trying.

Yanis- Angus energy will issue RNS eventually saying the SOU offer was rejected outright due to its inadequacy. BOD of angus will have to explain the reason of rejection.

Its a matter of few days when we will see the warrants kicking in.

We are standing extremely close to the warrants price and there will be a push in the SP to 1.5 pence level this week. No chance of any placing now as the bid is out.

SOU has no money and its an opportunistic offer . They are interested in the chunky cashflow of gas . There is a lot more to come. SFB is worth over 2 pence any given time . the all paper offer is utter trash from a trash company.

Approaches have been made and consequently, this interest has to be declared. Angus has not put up a FOR SALE sign. Just made the buyers interest public.

Yanis- the site is too small to have everything ramped up. Quite frankly any firm date will be welcomed by the market. the emphasis is on FIRM DATE

Yanis- its disgusting that we still have not heard from the company about the promised update on SFB. Why cant the BOD just be transparent? How long will the strategic business review take? Are there any talks with the bidder? When are we flaring the gas and when will gas production start?
