If there is no deal then get ready for a further dilution/fund raise by March next year . The directors still need to be paid their £300,000 wages for their hard work and achievements. It begs the question are they actually doing any work or are we being strung along ?

On no news the share price will fall and will
make any negotiations more difficult . This is why it’s better, cleaner if we get a buy out . If I could see £4 I’d be happy , just want out there are better opportunities elsewhere .

I agree with you MP0818 but when you’re on £300k per annum I would think they have cashed out just by being paid wages . Sorry if I sound negative .

At this rate a good result would be if we can get our investment out . Bod has been very poor with updates and development . They are only interested in what they can get , shareholders are the last ones in line .

I would love a buy out but I have this horrible feeling which I hope is wrong that mgt are pushing for a FO on their own terms which is slowing things down . A lack of update is not doing the share price justice . Thank you for the posts Dick .

I’m still invested here and I have a lot more than what I sold . I de risked my investment for cash flow purposes . I’m still active on the forum and fingers crossed we get a deal over the line .

There were two big sells totalling 100,000 . It was me frustrated at the no news .

Surety I agree with you they need to maximise exit multiple on a sale . I’m afraid Mr B is not a shareholder person which is reflected in his tenancy at Longreach oil !. Shareholders revolt eventually had to force him out which I hope isn’t the case here .

It begs the question what have the management been doing all this time . As shareholders we don’t check their timesheets . For all we know they could be on vacation watching the football .

Seems Mr B and his team are only interested in their salaries . Several years ago we use to get interviews and podcasts on Jersey . We haven’t had anything for years . . Did anyone go to the AGM ?. It seems like as shareholders we are on our own and have been abandoned!. Very poor PR they don’t answer calls and we as shareholders are paying for their salaries . The amount of times Shares go up and then they fall . There is a holder Alibro who seems to do well shorting the stock . I’m a long term holder , fingers crossed !

They will have to update the market soon .I’d hate it if they had to fund raise / dilute this would be a disaster ! They cannot keep drawing salaries whilst shareholders are sweating ?

Come on Mr B shares are down 7% today . Don’t you think it’s important for you to calm the market by giving out a statement to clarify the situation . In the meantime they are drawing large salaries and perks and enjoying the party !

The question is do you trust Daniel Slater and the same goes for Malcy ?. I know Simon Thompson if IC has a reputation so his view is highly respected . If any deal is going up be then our PM has just made it in the favour of the other side . I’m still long but do feel very let down by the incompetent government.

Can someone explain what impact is the investment relief going to have ? I mean most investors thought they get investment relief on the windfall profits . Shell would only be concerned if they weren’t going to reinvest in CNS

I would never thought I would live to tell you one day you’re holding stock worth £240k and then it is worth £4.5k . Mistake I made I thought it would recover .
