I’ve bought another 30,000 shares this morning in lots of 10,000 . There is a share overhang I wonder who this significant holder is ? We haven’t heard of Jim and his family for a while , hope they are well .

MM have a habit of showing late trades and there is a large sell . Can someone please clarify if RL was to reduce his holding ( I’m not saying he is selling ) but being an ex director would he still have to make a disclosure on aim ?
