No one said it should be "special".Imo rather an annual honest return for investors without any trickery.
Simple,no smoke no controversy if people want to increase the value of their holding they just buy from their dividend i.e.,run their own buyback scheme.Leaves shareholders to do as they wish without last years debacle,which was a costly disaster.

I believe it would show how financially robust we really are and allow us to take a big step back to our rightful place.
