Disney,Comcast and several other suitors are crunching figures for parts of Fox that may be in play for disposal.First time VARIETY states that the 39% holding has Fox has in the Satcaster known to us as SKY forms a significant part of the package.This means that virtually 2/5th of our Company may be changing ownership, of course it may be that through the recent deliberations of Karen Bradley the employment of 30,000 workers will be drawn into question. Ms Bradley is of course entitled to do her job strictly by the book and I applaud her for doing so and hope she is minded to have her Ministry involved immediately and pro-actively in ensuring that employees and UK stake holders are fully advised,engaged and protected as matters do or don`t proceed. No less will be acceptable.

Imho taking liberties regarding premiums as Sanibel and others highlight, and the 2 new cruise ships.Capital expenditure of that kind always hurts.Funny thing is they were doing quite well before "Dallas Syndrome" hit.Be nice to see how they handle diversification. Longer version Disney,Comcast and others are after several parts of Fox,i don`t know the break down but they are sniffing and Top Dollar looks the price.From film rights to Star buyers are at there calculators, with my money being on Disney.Only a guess,yes,but what if it does happen? I have for a long time felt �10.75 was not a high enough Bid for Sky looking forward,and that if Fox does dispose of parts they will up there figure here.

In fact the true one and only and I mean that sincerely.Due respect,and because of that I inform I drop away from the markets at least buying and selling until about the 2nd or 3rd week of the new year.Clearly the current price is only due to events in the U.S. Barring that the price would be as you said bearing down on the lower 8`s so no crowing or singing from me.To stick with SKY many buyers seem to be circling Fox and there could be a spin off to our Company,but as they say show me the money.However AT&T and Time Warner shows the foot (cma) can fall at any time.Anyway I seem to be lucky at this and enjoy it. The reason i leave the market this time of year is because the BIG organisations play silly b***ers even more than usual,drawing the sprats in. excellent point,but did you ever hear of a balance portfolio.Some go down some go up.Shares like Pru up 12.5points(using your terms) sky down,net gain.I do my figures Quarterly. No denial i would prefer to see Sky going up,but as i told you no one share takes any effect.If all my holdings went to zero it would be of little importance.Reason i have been using the markets money for years.It is a hobby,in fact i spent most of my day reading Disney/Fox/sky articles and looked at EDL on several occasions and hope you get your 33% rise and a lot more.. Have to go and look up objectivity as the texans say,knock them out of the yard.LLAP
