The Trend Continues.1 Feb 2018 13:17
I like to come back to this share daily before lunch at it reduces my appetite.I formulated many months ago a position on Kodal and see it being played out day and daily. If your in at the bottom here the recent price is satisfactory,if you then throw in that a early rise in price does not fall in with your financial/taxation diary, minor fluctuations also add to the game plan. Then lets say you want as a Director or large(BIG) Investor to make a killing, your one shot at the big time before retirement beckons or proving your worthy of a board seat at the main table.Imho this is what you do.
First you need a product of quality, quantity and long term growth.
Then a backer who will sit back for years, say 5/6.Dallas syndrome in the area assists their patience.
Price (not value) stagnation is a nice wee bonus, like inflation core product if outstripping exploration costs is a clear winner.Example buy a Mini car 50 years ago and vacuum pack, watch it daily go up in price.Works for every usable commodity even Gold.
Hope you agree first two points are fairly easy to realise.
Stagnation is somewhat trickier, you can however tread water and go nowhere.Stop meaningful news releases, odd titbits regarding drill results are good.Frustration, average PI will be happy with 10/20% p.a., but little or no increase to many means sell.Large investors doing forward planning for 15/20 years with a input of 4m see this as an plus to the balance sheet and can be held almost ad infinitum.
Those who know my mind machinations are aware I could go on all day.
There are numerous ways this can go wrong and may will do.I give two in brief. An all encompassing Jorc and an external audit of the Company`s full assets Gold,Tin and Iron etc.Political upheaval with possible nationalisation policy.
Numerous things can be done to protect yourself if like me you are here for the duration.
Buy into any scripts and dips in price.Ignore price/ watch valuations.
Divide holdings to heirs and assigns as time progresses.
Read all RNs but take with a pinch of salt.
I end by saying this share will be in my will, and also that as silver is to a Vampire a shareholders demand for a external audit would be to the game players.Always remember we own this Company by some way.
GLA I am now ready for a Jacob`s cream cracker.
