RE: Boomer Bowers Brain.23 Oct 2018 13:40
I agree but on a week when eyes should all have turned to see the quarterly figures and ears itching for good news we had a day of silly falls yesterday.I must admit as important as the EU decision is,it is irksome and I wish they would jump either way and get it over with.Any clear direction after an initial turmoil would be beneficial not only to Lloyds but all quality shares.Sticking to the Bank all seems grand with the press and pundits even a poor result, not expected, due to unknowns will be accepted as we are now within 10 months of PPI closure. Then no matter what the BoD decide going forward the top line profit will be mighty impressive.I threw one in the other day about the sale receipts for the Irish Mortgage Book being used as a special, it would drive the Fund Managers and investors wild to buy in.But news of it and a clear reason as to what it is applied towards is essential,to hide it in page in page 40 or whatever would not be good enough a constructive decision to its application is necessary.
As long as that is done we should see an imminent rise.
I hope it isn`t put on the long finger or worse still ignored.
As a buyer earlier today again i remain confident.
