At least Echo are fast tracking 3d seismic. And I take their fast track to mean getting the seismic all kicked off as fast as they can and over a much smaller area that Sound, and in a much more conventional formation unlike the variable and tight Tagi. Sound bit off a huge lump of seismic and perhaps were a bit overconfident of being able to get commercial gas from it.

crude, I agree with you. I was quite shocked by a number of Brian's statements in the FSC. I did ask a number of questions pertaining to his opinions and expressing my incredulity, but none answered. Fast track? second best? Two years to learn not a lot?

I have always believed that as soon as we first hit in Tendrara, we should have carried on drillng, dropped Italy and never drilled Badile.

I also think that we should be much further forward with Sidi by now. The fact that we are not makes me think that JP is a bit wrongfooted by TE-9 as we are. I am sure he thought we would be lighting the blue touch paper around now and never having to worry about Sidi.

Hi Billfish, I got a bit behind with the FC’s towards the end and by the time I noticed that JP had referred to an “asset sale” it was closed to further questions. Hmmmmm.

My question was similar...JP cannot comment on sp or value etc but he used to talk 4 digits, many multiples etc. What rules have changed?
