I can get a reasonable quote for 1.5m shares pretty easily maybe just your broker

The plan was always 60/65% debt/equity so if Orion want to take $100m at 7.5p that’s fine by me although I’m hoping by the time we’ve had the offtake announced we should be a fair bit higher than that again.

As per my previous post cornerstone is waiting on debt financing signing off, debt sign off is waiting on offtake sign off and they were likely to have wanted a bit of confidence that the balance sheet could be shored up a little bit. We now know that it’s likely the the offtake could be announced in the next 3/4 weeks. I’m shocked you can still buy these at 7.3p. . In. Shall continue to do just that. Full financing WILL happen guys

I’d be very surprised - no need for major to take the execution risk At this stage.
I think we’re in a situation where it will now be a domino effect as the chain links itself together -our off-take partner will be announced next, now that they’ve had confirmation that we can see thorough the next period and get longer lead items ordered. The confirmation of the off-take will give the bank syndicate the comfort that they need to sign off which in turn will give our cornerstone the confirmation that they need to commit - better to pay a slightly higher premium on the core of the equity with a much higher degree of confidence most likely Orion.
I’ve never been more confident in HZM prospects and continue to accumulate.

It’s more the ‘buying more at 8.5p wishing my house sale was later and I could have lumped in at 8.3p and predicting Friday close of 9p’ .... only to sell a fair chunk at 8p.
Nothing wrong with taking some off the table but the prelude to it and that following post is rather amusing
I imagine a lot of people slapped their heads or rolled their eyes reading it.

By some of the skeptical negative sounding posts, in fact beyond baffled.
There is zero doubt in my mind nor from what my contacts are telling that financing won’t be signed off and achieved on favourable terms. Zero doubt.
I would imagine the run up from early feb may have actually been our HB trying to push the vwap up to get the placement done at a decent price ... which it did.
It’s a pretty dynamic environment and if they needed $10/15m to get long lead items ordered then take that as face value it was done for the right reasons. Very easy for an armchair investor to say they could have raised at a better price, the notion of a PI placement is a bit of a non starter it’s too uncertain and not sticky enough at this stage - perhaps alongside the larger raise later down the line.
Nickel is only going one way and that makes the project economics more and more attractive so as I said on Friday take a step, stop overthinking and knit picking. Rest assured that there is serious upside still to come.

Switch off and let the Company grow and execute its plan
Don’t fret and over-think every aspect and angle.
A full offtake and funding package will be signed off that helps deliver substantial upside to today’s share price.
Really surprised by anyone selling today - but managed to add just over 1million more between 8.22 and 8.5p

I’m almost certain there will be a further equity component
Of perhaps around $50m imagine it will tie in with the next offtake announcement which will further give the lenders comfort
