George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
No I don’t think CB will be used - your talking about a debt for equity swap before we’ve even taken on board any debt ! Hence the ludicrous and quite frankly a beginners attempt at a deramp/ ‘opposing’ nature of your post. It’s very very amateur and to be honest quite frankly embarrassing when your surrounded by pretty knowledgeable smart people on here. There’s zero need nor interest to entertain getting into a debate with you because with all due respect you shot your self in the foot at the first hurdle and showed your true understanding in these matters. ATB
ST - when you begin a thread highlighting an Upcoming debt for equity swap it’s pretty evident why no one really wants to enter any sort of debate or discussion with you because it would be a fruitless and pointless exercise.
Politely can I ask that you cease posting , your attempting to sound like you know what your talking about ,but to the rest of us that actually do, you are making a complete and utter plank of yourself. The upcoming debt for equity ?? What the flying fig are you on About.
Please quietly close the door on your way out.
Only nibbled a few last week wasa
I added over 50% to my holding after the placing and between 7.1-7.6p which I saw as easy money so I’m not that far behind you now.
Shouldn’t be that much longer to wait untill we see the returns we all think and hope will come!
Both wrong ;-)
7.9 to buy 7.905 to sell - first time I’ve seen this
Think the news/momentum investors are loading up
I’d say that’s Probably about right and where I’d expect us to be some stage this year
Let’s hope so , firmly in the 8 figure club now ;-)
7.11 to sell and 7.119 to buy
Don’t think I’ve seen it this tight
Bizzare post lol
You expecting bojo to pop up on a TR1 ?
Glen are more interested in marketing and trading the finished product as opposed to taking on execution risk hence why the project was divested in the first place for peanuts.
I dont really want to divulge publicly here how, but I’m 99.9% confident Glen isn’t the cornerstone referred to by the company.
Orion look fully prepared to take a further interest.
I really wouldn’t start panicking or second guessing things djryan - it’s all looking as good as ever !
I’m pretty confident glen won’t be cornerstone
More likely to be Orion
I fear that those who were selling below 7p may come to regret it pretty soon !!
Is has been an unusually tight spread today- wonder why....
The way I understand it is merely a paper formality to comply with the Canadian offering with respect to converting the warrants to equity. Nothing more
I guess I better take a few more seeing your giving us the chance under 7p.
Hadn’t planned on buying anymore before isa top up Time
But I’m pretty surprised by people’s reactions.
Plan/timeframe hasn’t changed - there was always going to be a considerable amount of new equity raised- of which we just raised some 9% above today’s SP and offtake sign off within the next 3 weeks / just surprised people are selling so close to what is the beginning of real value being realised.
Easy to their own and sleep is important !
Looking at the time stamps I think their budgies sells ! Lol
Finished my shopping spree
All of the buys today are showing as sells would you believe!
I’ve actually doubled my average entry so let’s hope this Pays Off as we expect it to , my expectations have not reduced or been lowered at all.
Wasa I don’t quite understand or look at it that way as any equity raised is always going to be at the company level ? Unless you spin off V as a separate company or use 100% debt financing which was never the plan Eg 100m cornerstone also gets a share of V even though financing is for A, the same as you buying at 7.28p today you get exposure to both projects. It’s a rather odd way of looking at it personally even though I get what your saying. That course has never changed paths.
By some people’s expectations changing and saying that the goal posts have moved bla bla.
God knows where this new found thought process is coming from because I’m struggling to see it.
Plan was always 60/40 debt equity - that’s c $177m of new equity and last time I checked we were still in H1 ?
$177m of outside investment at a floor of 7.5p and people are re setting their expectations ? Baffled personally lol. Yes we raised at 7.5p as opposed to the 10p people were confident as happening, hardly a bad move when Ni has fallen the best part of 12% since and even if we raised at 8.5p instead, in the grand scheme of things an extra 6m shares isn’t really an issue if it gives us a stronger balance sheet going into talks and gets long lead items on order, small price to pay really! I know with certainty one of the big trading houses is geared up and fully expecting to be trading our product down the line so again baffled by the comments here - have been buying a few more this AM.
