The market still hasn't fully realized the importance of the Orion agreement - $25m unsecured, no interest no debt is practically unheard of in junior brownfield mining companies - This is the biggest signal that a full finance Package WILL be secured and it will be at better terms than the orion deal (10p was the equivalent raise ) the orion deal sets the floor on future raising for this project - Glencore are very much involved in talks and helping HZM to shape the project going forward - with nickel going through the roof the last week it really will help speed up finance discussions - this will play out perfectly for shareholders up until christmas. there will be a fair few institu who will be looking to take equity positions here over the next few weeks. i fully expect HZM to be a £150/200m company by xmas time

As said in my post last night out 6% shareholder are very much involved in this project - full stage one financing WILL be sorted FACT.

People seriously underestimate the importance of today’s financing agreement.
It sets the stage out in big and clear letter - a full funding package WILL be sorted. And it WILL be at better terms to hzm than today’s initial package.
It’s extremely hard for any junior brownfield miner to get stage 1 funding even in a good climate let alone the amazing terms hzm got today , it shows that any hurdles or reservations can and will be jumped through , for Orion to stump up 25m no debt no interest no security is almost unheard of at the moment so it seriously demonstrates that a full package will be available and soon !
I will also say that our 6% shareholders are involved at the highest levels in this project.
I shall be topping up seriously tomorrow

stumping up $25m in this climate with no security and no equity is a seriously strong vote of confidence
as people have said gives an implied value of $1.1bn or 60p a share
i fully expect this to be over 10p by end of next week minimum
