Does anybody know which stage between DD being completed and closure of a deal (or deals) that the proposed price is given to the shareholders to vote on?

Also would the share be suspended before this happens, presumably yes?

At which of the stages between DD and closure would we the shareholders be informed of an offer which we vote on? Would we be suspended before that happens?

Surely it costs an awful lot of money to do due diligence for something this size and to release news like this it has to be a serious offer - the BOD haven't just given someone a tenner to tell UBS they are thinking about buying a multibillion set of assets

I'm a first time shareholder, have put more into this than anything bar my business and mortgage. Have been adding slowly to my holding for about 18 months and feel relatively relaxed.

Is it too far fetched/naive that the BOD would give any information by request if we are still waiting for the JORC figures by the end of the month?
Such as to say we expect them this quarter?
