Anyone thinking of topping up first thing on Monday or does the wisdom of never buying in the first half hour still apply? I thought I'd topped up for the last time but I think I'm going to chuck another weeks wages in
It just depends on your confidence in future earnings...I've got enough cash in the bank to roughly quadruple my holding and I've been sorely tempted to slide alot more into it. But earning tens of thousands of pounds after tax isn't all that easy for me and if I ended up having to remortgage to get back to the same amount of cash available that would be pretty stupid.
It's not that I'm not tempted!
When I bought into this there was no JV and no MT flanks license and no James Nieuwenhuys, mining equipment at Kytlim was rented and one pit not three was operational. Since JN became part of the company lots more metal resources seem to be getting found and licenses keep appearing.
I was hoping for a payout by spring because the pandemic left me without much income for a long while, same as many folk. I'm not a professional investor...I'm not going to predict a timeline but if I have to wait till next spring for a dividend and I've got shares in a JV with more than the first estimate of 118 billions worth in the ground that seems worth waiting for! My average price is 27, so a stock base of 26 is ok...
GFD I've got a friend who is a permaculture teacher and worked as a waste manager for Lothian council. He ferments all of his families bio-waste by leaving it in insulated bins, it gets to a high enough temperature to kill harmful bacteria and it makes very good fertiliser. The downside is ****ting in a bucket of spruce needles but it's free and literally anyone could do it for themselves
