I agree that they would be technically accessories, but to prove they didn't "report to the appropriate authorities" would be difficult. Proving the RNS in November 2014 stating production boilers were in volume production is proving surprisingly easy to disporove.

The employees had no power to dictate whether or not to release RNS or what those RNS contained, so were not complicit. That some "blew the whistle" has been stated and plenty of posters on here have stated the boiler wasn't fit for purpose in November 2014 and volume production of a production model was never initiated. It is assumed these posters are/were whistle blowers. Obviously their claims are substantiated by the non-appearance of the boiler....in chasing up MCS accreditation, can anyone post who to contact over the alleged rescinded accreditation?

Of course The Fundamental underlining all the allegations that the boiler never existed is the boiler has never been seen or heard of...so odd is the fact the boiler has never been seen or heard of, any impartial onlooker laughs and deduces "sham". So aside from the statements of ex-employees, the burden of proof lies with he who believes the boiler existed in production form. Where is it? Where is the boiler? Why has it never been seen? A simple question.That should not even require asking. The base of the case.
