If you would like to ask our webinar guest speakers from WS Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund a question please submit them here.
My point being , if there is cash a Rtocould be a turnaround do the sp....dream on.
Why would you lie, and fabricate the fact the boiler never existed...because the boiler never seen and doesn't exist.
That you cant see that, and were gullible enough to ever believe a boiler "could pay for itself" , gives you no right to accuse people are lying just because you cant reconcile your own stupidity for investing in this.
Your point being?
How can it matter what the stated cost of the boiler was if it never worked and the core business of Flow was selling shares???
"I wanted Tony Stiff to sell me the business plan on a personal level, as if I was an institutional investor"...An institutional investor!!!! You only invested less than a six figure sum.
Fact is the boiler never appeared and fact is the scroll presented by Stiff was evidently unmanufacturable. The whole domestic mCHP scheme isn't viable as proven by Baxis far superior and rational offering. You cant see the facts as you are deep in it.
There are none as blind as those who refuse to see.
There you are are fretting about who people are, as you were when you were shilling and the gravy train was still rolling along.
Given you aren't doing anything about the losses you state you have, and but still post here , desperately trying to cloud the facts , is further proof your mind never was superior. As you well know, the truth is out. You just don't know who told it. Or why they did.
Did your wife give you forgiveness?
10 or 15k . It was stated, it would cost the same as a high end product ?
Tony Stiff stated a lot of things.
Needless to say, the boiler was never seen. So what does it matter "what was stated"??
"many combi boiler can last 20 years" If they are well designed and manufactured. The point being combi boilers are economically viable as they reduce duty cycles. If you have constant demand for heat then a system boiler with a higher thermal efficiency may be a more economic solution.
How many mchp combi boilers would you fit if they existed and were £10-15k a pop? £1000 combi or £10k mCHP combi??? Why do you think Baxi jibbed in their Stirling based offering? Because the manufacturing cost has to be so low to make mCHP economically viable. It was marginal with fixed frequency cost optimised Stirling machines, and not viable with variable frequency requirements. Flow had not a chance in hell with a scroll based machine. This is why the Flow boiler never appeared and was a gravy train for the BoD. A story. A sham. No longer trading.I have been told the combi boiler never went any further than an RNS to raise cash. The normal boiler dint work so what chance a combi. No wonder wives are in tears. Probably tears of laughter.
Due diligence. Priceless. Belief you have a "superior mind" can get you in all sorts of bother.
"tiddly om pom pom"
"and seeing the large loss burst into tears and I could only ask forgiveness"....forgiveness for being who/what you are? tears over the mistake she had made, or the mistake made with other peoples money? Bletchley contacts and superior brain indeed. And you are giving "street advice "....apparently the streets are tough places these days with all that county lines and stuff. Its ruthless out there I tell "yer"!
Its the "same old same old" because it the "same old" same 'old" that went on for ten years whilst you drivelled out the "same old same old" repetitive drivel about a "gamechanging" "technology platform" .... laughable **** plopping from your mouth on to the floor. "Same old same old" like Langbar.
"Flexibility" or "framing views" is irrelevant. Facts are facts. Incontrovertible being the word. Evidence is evidence. Either fear, medication, drowning in your wifes tears or too much "talking therapy" or perhaps you actually believe your own **** and your "same old same old" tactics in trying to muddy the waters work, but they dont anymore. Its over. The gravy train stopped a while ago. The party is over. Now time to tidy up,and pay the bill...suffer the hang over.
"My kids , are an hour in the bloody shower ! 100,000 btu 600 watts at 30,000".....well if there were more hours in the day and more days in the year, and you had more kids, maybe, just maybe the boiler could just about break even in 10 years Assuming it was 100% reliable. Combi Boiler!!! They didn't even have a half decent conventional boiler worthy of manufacture! It is shocking how inept and shambolic this was.
""and seeing the large loss burst into tears and I could only ask forgiveness"....still laughing now. The depths at which pond life will sink to for a bob or two!
The combi boiler!!! A boiler designed to run only on demand and be as efficient as possible....how was a combi ever going to generate enough electricity to cover its cost if a system boiler couldn't??? Nontheless, that didn't deter Flow... there was a fundraise!!!!
You would have a judge in hysterics. Loaning money to invest in Tony Stiff and his "gamechanging boiler that could pay for itself" would have anyone in hysterics. Unbelievable.
"it would have to be an ex-employee or someone who has such confirmatory evidence via an ex-employee or connected person".....you are indeed correct and if that person has furnished reports and other documents that prove the boiler wasn't fit for purpose and the claims made for it were untrue/misleading. Furthermore, given the boiler has never been seen and great personal profit was made, then on the balance of probability it is reasonable to expect victory.
"Unfortunately my over confidence in the prospects of Flowgroup led me to invest all of my av available funds into this one Aim company. I also persuaded my partner to invest half of her available assets"....You seriously expect anyone to believe anyone could be so stupid to do such a thing, and then admit to it?
Before this goes pop and vanishes, just wondering why you only comment on Flow popgoestheweasel? You must have a singular interest in it that can't be investing as you AIM exposure is too narrow.....you also aren't investigating on behalf of client so how come the focused comments only on Flow?
Individual shareholders are at liberty to undertake investigations and proceed as they see fit with the evidence they amass.Bearing in mind an oath or affirmation binds a witness to tell the truth. If any person lawfully sworn as a witness or as an interpreter in a judicial proceeding wilfully makes a statement material in that proceeding, which he knows to be false or does not believe to be true, he shall be guilty of perjury, and shall, on conviction thereof on indictment, be liable to penal servitude for a term not exceeding seven years, or to imprisonment... for a term not exceeding two years, or to a fine or to both such penal servitude or imprisonment and fine. Balance of probability.
"you assume that you have GOT an individual defendant. Collective responsibility by the board would be argued and although the buck stops with the CEO"...youve answered your own question.
" pinning something divinitive on him is obviously problematic" you assume its problematic and then state "Look, you know he/they lied through their teeth, I know he/they lied through their teeth"....the boiler was never seen or heard of and the CEO made millions. How definitive can you get? The claim of "caveat emptor" will no doubt be rolled out given the disclaimers in the RNS, but to mislead or lie to investors is way beyond the legal interpretation of caveat emptor when investing in a company that popgoestheweasel stated was "wholesome"....wholesome!! Always good value for laugh popgoestheweasel. The superior mind from Bletchley. Wholeseome!!!!
"put down your keyboard and step up to the plate" you assume we haven't.....an odd statement.
Section 1 creates a general offence of fraud and introduces three ways of committing it set out in Sections 2, 3 and 4.
Fraud by false representation (Section 2);
Fraud by failure to disclose information when there is a legal duty to do so (Section 3); and
Fraud by abuse of position (Section 4).
In each case:
the defendant's conduct must be dishonest;
his/her intention must be to make a gain; or cause a loss or the risk of a loss to another.
No gain or loss needs actually to have been made.
The maximum sentence is 10 years' imprisonment.
Fraud by false representation (Section 2)
The defendant:
made a false representation
dishonestly
knowing that the representation was or might be untrue or misleading
with intent to make a gain for himself or another, to cause loss to another or to expose another to risk of loss.
The offence is entirely focused on the conduct of the defendant.
"impossible to get past the LLC protection they would invoke and would also only be worthwhile if the business had any tangible assets"
There is no "LLC protection" in the UK regarding criminal acts by an individual. In a corporate setting, this is excluded by "abuse of position"
Fraud committed by the individual is a criminal act with personal liability. You cant hide behind anything when committing a crime and the law is specific on this. There is a massive growth in lawyers specialising in fraud and scams.
Fraud Act 2006 states:
Fraud by abuse of position
(1)A person is in breach of this section if he—
(a)occupies a position in which he is expected to safeguard, or not to act against, the financial interests of another person,
(b)dishonestly abuses that position, and
(c)intends, by means of the abuse of that position—
(i)to make a gain for himself or another, or
(ii)to cause loss to another or to expose another to a risk of loss.
(2)A person may be regarded as having abused his position even though his conduct consisted of an omission rather than an act....
Tiddly om pom pom eh?

"If I held evidence of fraud I would share it"....the boiler never appeared. The results of the trials never appeared. And now the company has ceased to exist after selling off the boiler IP for pennies.
And you still believe there is no evidence? Seriously?
You've been scammed. Your superior mind is not as superior as you think.
"who still moan about losing their jobs"....and no doubt went on to far better more honest ways of earning a living without resorting to fraud and lies. And one or two have signed statements under oath...it will all boil down to honesty in the end.
But its a question of character. Morality. Some people are utter parasitic scum of the earth. You wonder how their families regard them. With shame no doubt.
Only only hopes Graham_Wales lost on this.
8) Reviewed ALL the claims made by Flow
9) Reviewed the lack of evidence for any of them
Had potential investors done this, it would have been apparent then, as it is blatantly obvious now, Flow was a scam.
