Thanks for your patience to allow my two messatges to appear in tandem. Much appreciated. I was rushing to finish it and I hoe it all makes sense. We will of course have to have several of you performing some tasks on the Monitoring , Results parts of the test. We will come to that latter on if this is deemed a practical thing to do.

C/. Any advice on how long the share response time should be from when we all place limit orders that take them OUT
of "Free Float" and thus depriving those who wish to borrow them ?
Once we know more facts, and if you all wish to proceed and partake, we can proceed to the next stage. I know some of us may think our number of shares will not make any diffrence, but I assure you every share counts and we have absolutely nothing to loose. If we all unite and act together, we may learn something.
I am wary of stratergy and even manipulative action on this site, all i ask is honesty and a commitment to this "Game".. lets have a bit of fun.

Capdailbrit.... You posted under the title: "Limit Order" on the 17th December (curtisy of "Jarljib") I have copied and pasted it below (which i hope you do not mind). There were several responses to it but the discussion soon veered off the subject so I do not think it was properly investigated on this site or I may have missed it.
Following responses from those of you with in depth knowledge of this subject, I will propose a test of the theory which will be introduced by me under the subject "The Test". If the majority of you agree (and it will require most of you to do so), we will fine tune "The Test" and proceed to the next stage under the title "The Game" this part will define exactly when (date and precise time) when we will all do as suggested by Capdailbrit and place "sell limit orders" on all our shares (obviously at a higher price). There will then follow a period of time when we all monitor the share price to determine if there is any effect.
This will be under the "The Monitor" subject. There will then follow a "The Results" stage when we will be able to determine it effects. Each stage will be headed on this board by the subject "The Test" , "The Game", "The Monitor" or "The results"
during which time we would all have to try to stay on subject and reduce all non related posts for a few hours to determine the results.
We will need some advice from those of you with market and strategy expertise to advise & expand on the following:

A/. will it be legal ? since we do not want to end up in hotter water than we are already in. I think it will be okay since
although we would be acting en-mass to manipulate the market by altering the price, we would not be profiting from it
since no trades will actually be taking place.
B/. Any recommendations on a good date / time to action "The Game" ? Just before week end ? or a Monday morning or
a week day lunch time ?

Each of us can reduce shorts or force a call back of our shares. I’ll explain...collectively our broker nominee accounts hold a lot of Tullow shares and our brokers can lend out our shares for shorting.

Your shares are being used to earn money for your brokers and shaft you in the process..so what can you do? Unless your shares are on the order book they are classed as being in the free float (and available to be loaned out).

So place them on the order book by placing a sell limit order (obviously at a higher price) valid up to a future date (my broker allows up to 90 days), this will remove them from the free float and the greedy brokers.
Your limit order can be cancelled at any time should you wish to deal.
I urge you all to do this ASAP!

Back in year 2012 I met a professional person and after engaging in conversation the subject came round to investments and I asked what he thought of PFC shares ? His immediate and precise response was.... go SHORT. Of course in those days i had no idea what he meant but I now wonder whether shorting PFC has been a general approach by investors for many many years ?

Apparently its a stress test for what is expected to happen on the 31st Oct. Its Always in October..

Hello all i generally occasionally post on the PFC site but also have an interest in PMO. It seems to me that at these share prices this company could be ripe to be swallowed up by a larger fish (Aquasition). Any views on this ?

Hello all. Although I don`t post regularly here, I can assure all of you that I regularly (minimum 3 times per week) read all your posts and appreciate your views & insight`s. I also know that we all have one goal in mind and that is to increase our financial wealth or at least recover the our financial losses to date (which is the same thing).
With regards to the subject matter of the SFO, please bear in mind that every investigative organisation / body relies on Strategy & Tactics and what may initially appear as an error / malpractice to us , may actually be deliberate & part of their
tactics and I believe the recent release of information concerning the 4 PFC employees may well be part of the SFO Strategy.
Since from their point of view, any bad news they can release will knowingly effect the companies reputation, share price and business prospects with the Result that it puts just enough Pressure on PFC to accept a fixed fine and accept an early settlement in order to draw a line under it and end the investigation. (I forgot what its called... something with the letter "D" in it ? ) . This of course is my view and as a matter of fact i was also proposing a Tactic which involved writing (on mass)to the SFO to create pressure to resolve this issue on an urgent basis. The SFO of course would prefer the sharholders to pressurise PFC by writing to THEM, but i proposed the opposite.
Please bear in mind that since the SFO are an investigative body & have access to various sources of info and general views and chats it is Highly Likely they will be monitoring (and even partaking) in these type of message boards. So if you have any messages for them (please keep it sterile) this may be your opportunity ! Do the rules allow this here ?

Warthog: Re your correspondence with the SFO regarding their investigation of PFC; I just wondered if PFC shareholders (all of us and a few others we may know of or can find on other sites) can start doing what you did and
consequently saturate the SFO with individual letters requesting that "as shareholders we demand / request that the investigation be wound up on an urgent basis since it is having a severe effect on their share value, value of the company and the future business and that as tax payers and shareholders we request a detailed time schedule
and the reasons for any further delays."
This of course could be defined as pressure from both tax payers & shareholders but the result is a big unkown.
We may have the satisfaction of putting the SFO under pressure even if it does cause them a bit of agro by having to reply to every letter via an A4 envelope !! (as in your case) but arguably this may take up even more of their valuable
time leaving less to resolve cases .!
However there is a psychological effect, since when someone keeps pestering you about something you cannot solve, it creates negativity and gets placed lower under the pile... until the boss finds out and wants it done pronto as a priority.
PFC cannot write the letters we can and they cannot put the SFO under pressure, but we as shareholders ( owners of the company) CAN. Is this a viable proposal ? I look forward to your responses.

I have just got this feeling in my waters that the SFO will be issuing some kind of response (good or bad) on PFC shortly. Or it could be due to the amount of water I drink daily to halt the formation of another dreaded Kidney Stone.!

Hello all. This is my first post. I am heavily invested in PFC and have been for many years. My question to the readers is: Does anyone know when the SFO are due to conclude their investigation and make public their findings ?
How long do they normally take ?. Am I at liberty to contact them and ask them ?
