I`m trying to find out the number of known competitors to our SNG001 Interferon Beta-1a inhaled product. Can anyone document them here with details of how far down the line they are with their products. I know the anwear should be "do your own research" but my medical knowledge is extreemly limited.
1/ Betterlife Pharma (BETR): According to the article forwarded by Alexas. It seems they are
working on a very similar inhaled Interferon product which I assume they have a patent for !

........ any other competitors ? .... anybody ?

Its now available in printed form on www.whitehouse.com and section 1 2 and 2a state the following:
Section 1. Policy. It is the policy of the administration to improve the capacity of the Nation`s healthcare to address coronovirus disease 2019 (COVI-19), to accelerate the development of novel therapies to treat COVID -19, and to improve all Americans access to quality and affordable healthcare.
Section 2. Accelerating the development of Novel Therapies. To enhance the Nations ability to quickly develop the most promising COVID-19 interventions..........
(a) Develop a plan for supporting a range of studies, including large-scale randomized trials, for identifying optimal clinical management strategies, and for supporting the most promising treatments for COVID-19.......................that can easily be manufactured, distributed, and administered........

SeaBoy and other knowleagble posters. I have the following question:
I want to know whether its possible that the administration of SNG001 to patients who have already been vaccinated may have different results. The reason for my questions is that as we know none of the SNG001 trials are being conducted on patients that have been vaccinated (since vaccine has only recently been applied) and soon everyone will be vaccinated. So is there any reason why SNG001 may produce different results on already vaccinated patients ? I am not medically trained , so do not know the connection between the two.
If there is a connection between the two and it is found preferable for SNG001 to be administered to un-vaccinted patients , then its possible that vaccination may be halted in preference to SNG001.
Please respond to this if you can.

The Vodafone sale of Verizone may have had some technicalities which were different but I`m not sure of all of them except with the Verizone deal shareholders were also given some shares in Verizone and perhaps that is the reason why Vodafone could call it a "Capital payment / Return" instead of Dividend. !
Anyway I`m sure its too late to change this now and I don`t think, little old me writing to TSCO will change anything since they have far cleverer people to advise them and if they could have done a "Capital return" I`m sure they would have. But "food for thought" for future sales.

Hi Mrbondj: The reason I know is that I have viewed my own trades and they were sometimes defined incorrectly. In addition when viewing recent share trades, you will occasionally see a
trade defined in black as "Unknown" which means the platform does not know if they were "buys" or "sells". I think the platform accumulates the information from the stock marked without knowing if they are sells or buys and by simply looking at the trade price , nominates it to a buy or sell catagory but I`m not 100% certain about the platforms decide.
Also I think that is why HL removed this feature from their web site a year or two ago since it could have been miss leading to investors. But I do not think some HL customers realized this and still may have complained.
Lets see how far this can climb next 2 weeks.

Just a general question here: I believe any profits from gambling including lottery and betting are tax free in the UK, is this correct ?
If so, surely what we are doing here is the same: Ie: betting & gambling. So how come the profits (above the Capital gains allowance) are taxable ?

Could someone please refresh my memory about the following:
A few weeks back, I seem to remember some information here that SNG had already started manufacturing the product in anticipation of orders and I think the indications were that this information was relayed to the media by the company MD. Can anyone point me in the right direction for confirmation of this and what quantity had SNG ordered. ?

Perhaps as I had suggested before, TSCO have decided to rename the dividend as "Capital Return" so PI`s can avoid paying tax on a "dividend" ?

At approx. 1:35 am this morning, There was a program on BBC radio called "Business matters" and they discussed "gene technology" for plants and how to treat crops to stop various types of stem rust. They talked to someone in the university of Minesota (USA) called Brian Stevenson, a chap in Australia. I think PHC do something similar and i do not know if the program was talking about the PHC product or not ! Did anone else here listen to it or know about the program. ?

Reply to Percyvrance`s question regarding what happened when Vodafone sold Verizon in Feb 2014.
I have finally found the details through my records and they were as follows:
" For every Vodafone share held at close of business on 21 Feb 2014, shareholders have received 0.0263001 Verizone shares and will also receive US$0.4928. Vodafone has also completed a share consolidation and shareholders have received 6 new Vodafone shares in place of every 11 Vodafone shares previously held"
The US$0.4928 per share was also "defined" / called a "Capital Payment" and NOT a dividend so one did not have to log it as a dividend and no taxation due.!!! Which brings me back to my questions this morning: Why can`t TSCO define the 51p as "Capital return / payment" ?

Gavster; Thanks for the analysis. I have one important question which may change things as follows:
I assume TSCO can re-name / define the Special dividend and call it "Return of Capital" since I think they mentioned this word before. If it could be defined as "Return of Capital" (which it really is by definition), then surely for those investors subject to taxation, there would be no tax to pay since its not a dividend ?
Please advise where (if at all) I have gone wrong on the above.

Just went through it. Short and sweet , as they say. As expected TSCO bank loosing money but all else is well and full year forecast remains unchanged.
