Unlike you, I have made it very clear that I am talking about 2019 figures, even quoting the presentation's figures to put it in context. I do not use weasel words or phrases like 'run rate' to confuse the issue.

WRES cannot now achieve $20m EBITDA in 2019.

Beyond that, who knows.

I am not 'cherry picking'. Kev posted $20m, on which I commented, and earlier $24m which he corrected. I only mentioned the latter as it specifically said 2019.

Since neither are going to achieved and both are inaccurate, the conversation is academic.

You can (and do) post any figures you want. Just don't have a go at other people when you don't like their figures or projections.

Of course I won't be going to the AGM. I am not a share holder and do not intend to be one in the near future.

The February 2019 presentation shows EBITDA for 2019 as $15,216,000 and 2020 as $18,610,000. Neither are $20m.

Your tuesday 07:44 post said '$24m ebitda. Worth the wait, imho.' No equivocation, no 'run rate', just a clear statement implying 2019 which would not have been challenged if I had not made a comment.

How about this post from July 20th last year : 'All that adds up to $35-45m ebitda in 2019. ' When I criticized your figures, you and your buddies had a go at me for being negative. I think the word you should have used was 'Correct' which is why I no longer hold.

Then try the top of this page where it says 'WRES share trades'.

I have little time for Devil's rantings but in terms of inaccurate postings, Kev is way ahead of anyone else on here. Every mention of an EBITDA number for WRES that he has made has so far been wide of the mark - even this week he was still talking about $20m for 2019. Sorry, but that is not going to happen.

Since I have sold WRES, I no longer comment on it. However, that doesn't stop me commenting on the posters.

Kev, this is what you said on July 10th 2018: '$40m ebitda is what i am looking for in 2019. Anything above that will be a bonus. I will also be looking for a small maiden dividend. Perhaps £3-5m. '

Sold the last lot this morning.

Since 2013 I have bought (and therefore sold) 25,199,927 WRES shares paying £119,794.45 for them and selling them for £129,933.26, a profit of £10,138.81 which is 8.46%. Not much for nearly 6 years investment but at least it's a profit.

Good luck to all holders here - I feel you are going to need it. Now that I am no longer a shareholder, I will not post on here again (I cannot see me buying back in) but reserve the right to report any post that is libellous of me.

It's head and heart again. I accept that it varies from person to person but for me, head has to win this time.

It's DEFINITELY time for me to sell out here - that's the second time recently that I've totally agreed with Hbob.

Unfortunately, what he says is true. Anyone who says the fundamentals have not changed are kidding themselves. The same dirty is in the ground, but the finances are quite different than they appeared even at the start of this year. It may all still come good but it's a different ball-game now.

And a year ago, the sp was higher than it is now. So who has been more correct about WRES - the happy-clappy mob or the half-empty ones ?

Lose credibility ? I should have GAINED credibility since my caution has been justified.

When there is good news about WRES, 20 different posters come on here to say how good WRES is.
When there is bad news, or WRES failing on something it promised, and 3 posters come on here to point it out, it is a 'concerted attack'. You are paranoid.

I did not ask for financial details. I wanted them to expand what the effect of the delay was in financial terms, especially cash flow. The RNS did not contain that information and two days later we found out why.

As I have said before, if someone keeps posting good news on here, they are seen as a great person. If someone posts negative items, they are a paid troll with an agenda.

'he spent all of one "new years morning"slating the comp.' The reason was that MM had promised something (I can't remember what - he promises so much) would happen before December 31st. When it didn't happen, I and others made our disappointment very clear to all.

'he even slated the previous rns,that was just an plant opperational update.' The point was that it should have also contained other information either in that RNS or another RNS. We found out two days later why it didn't.

You have the nerve to complain because I spent 'all of one new years morning' on this board. You average nearly 40 posts a day, every day on multiple boards spewing out your biased views. Balance ? Not from you unfortunately.

Thank you. I may be many things but masochistic isn't one of them. No one would continually post negative thoughts about a share but nevertheless hold many millions of them. I accept that I sometimes overreacted to the over-the-top ramping (or worse, the subtle ramping) but I liked to see balance.

It is not only yesterday that raises questions about the future of this company. MM does not often release figures, and when he does they are sometimes open to misinterpretation, possibly deliberately. The sp, IMHO, will not be re-rated (post WLFE) until the market is convinced that WRES can produce the quoted plan at the quoted cost. I do not believe that these figures will be available, let alone issued, until around the end of the year and thus the sp may drift downwards throughout 2019.

I keep seeing slivers of light as well - perhaps they are real, perhaps they are mirages. I don't know if I can afford to find out which.
