It is not strange to me that on this board anyone praising the company gets many more 'Recommends' than those who are less enthusiastic. After all, if you have £50,000+ invested in a company, as many do here, you will want as much good publicity as you can get.

However, to accuse anyone who has any negative thoughts about this company as being a troll with an agenda (apparently you can't have one without the other) is a trifle over the top. When does an over-hyped high potential EBITDA figure become no better than a low expectation ?

For 10 of the last 12 months, the sp has been below 0.5p which has given the 'trolls' (as you put it) more than ample opportunity to buy in. The lack of large amounts of buying during that time may suggest that buying in is not high on anyone's to-do list at the moment.

I don't think that anything underhand is going on. With over 6bn shares, there are often going to be largish buys and sells. My guess is that people think that a particular time is the right time to come in, then after a few days/weeks/months realize that it is not happening yet, and leave.

OK, Safety, a good story as far as it goes. Let me suggest this little addition.

Everyone on here, including me, has stated that they expected delays in the early stages of installation and production. Many people, including me and the wider market (as is reflected in the sp), have concerns about previous missed deadlines by the CEO.

So why did not the CEO of this company ( let’s pretend it was called Wreses) give deadline dates into which quite long potential delays had been built ? If indeed the delays then materialized, deadlines would not have been missed. If the delays were either not that long or absent all together, the CEO would look like a hero beating predictions.

Not one of your best posts. In business, whether you are making a small software change or installing a nuclear reactor, you always should have a contingency plan and fall-back plan which will minimize any adverse situation - some will be better than others. Blackrock know their business and will have done precisely that - no more, no less.

Of course Blackrock have a plan B if things don’t work out as planned. They would be irresponsible if they didn’t but as Oldie said, there are many options open to them which do not involve them becoming a mining company.

Thank you for that. The WRES loan still looks expensive but maybe not as expensive as I first thought. I appreciate your research.

But I will repost part of my post from wednesday about Due Diligence:

Due Diligence by Company A on giving a load to Company B says nothing about how good company B is - it is there to ascertain how good the loan would be for company A. For example, if the loan is secured (as is usual) on the assets of Company B, it can often be the case that Company A would not mind whether Company B repays the loan or goes broke - they gain either way.

What a good summary.

The game changer is not full production (which will happen eventually) but the cost of production. If the figures are anywhere near what the company keeps quoting, then WRES will be a winner.

Qtuoe me any AIM miner that got a loan in the first half of 2018 at a WORSE rate than the WRES loan and I promise never to mention the loan again.

Why should I take it from you that it aint a bad rate. Quote me some that are worse rather than have a go at me.

BTW, I made all these points back in February 2018 when the loan details were first released.

For the last time, I did not compare it to Bank rate. I stated it as an absolute figure.

If someone can show how it compares to other AIM loans, do so and show its real worth. If other companies were getting loans at a worse rate, please show them. Complaining that my figures are misleading without showing any of your own weakens your point.
