Just watch this go when we announce exploration rights to most of a South American country (and that's just one of the four prospects). Expect anything up to £1 in the short term. 60p to £1. Just look at the evidence. XPL backed with access to massive funding. Has ambitions to move this out of AIM and into the higher leagues. Has clearly stated that acquisition talks are well progressed with four prospects (out of an original 10). Whatever they go for, it has to be big, else however will they realise their ambitions. That being the case, when the acquisition is reversed into XPL, the resultant price will be much greater than it is now, to reflect the potential of the asset(s) acquired. Certainly have. Just keep buying, if you can hold of any stock. This will double in a week or my name's not Jacksht (oh all right, but this is still an ace stock). We were advised a short while ago that work was in progress to acquire between 1 and 4 entities. I reckon that we can't be far from signing at least one of those opportunities. AND, we have a recent director buy, adding to their substantial investment in their own Company, which is always comforting. 50p in a few days (minimum). GLA Jack

No timescales, other than what the Company has officially stated, i.e. that they now have 4 definite acquisition targets (from an original list of 10) and that they are actively involved in talks with each. They stated that it would be a matter of weeks before more news, so it's anyone's guess really. I would certainly expect an announcement before the end of the year. Welcome on board mate. The word is starting to spread on this little beauty. I really hope that ECR does its stuff quickly, so that I can get half of those proceeds into XPL (i.e. around another £100K). That will take me well over the 3% notifiable holding limit, but what the heck, it'll also make me a millionnaire :-)

that a deal has not yet been announced. Surely, when the Company was formed and financed, there was a definitive plan and not just the intention to utilise the funding available to start searching for likely targets. That's fishing, not planning! So what's it to be .....Asia, South America, Black Sea area, Australia, South Atlantic. Don't get me wrong; if the intention is to back a £1 per share business into XPL, I'm prepared to wait a little longer, but some kind of update would be nice. GLA (ok, so it's just me) Jack

Yep. Sold the lot and getting back in soon. Will bank between £30K and £40K and go for my long term target of 50m ECR and 500K XPL. I reckon they will achieve 1p and £1 respectively, which will do me nicely. GL Jack

Wow!...there is life out there. Beginning to think I was in a scene from 28 Days. Yep, this is the one mate. Not going to try and sell this to you. Just Google the Company and you will quickly find details of the float in July and the major financial backers. If ECR is worth a punt, then this certainly is, but without the huge risk. I'm trying to get 2.9% before anything happens and, if ECR could just do the business in the next month, I'll pile it all into here. Back to wandering the streets to find other signs of life. Interesting new placing in July. It's a shell and there are rumblings of a link with SNP. Sounds fanciful, but could be that SNP is reversed into XPL. Jack
