The renewed agreement will see Gfinity continue to benefit from the successful partnership, further accelerating its focus on driving the value per user across its fast-growing websites under the Gfinity Digital Media group (GDM). The GDM has seen significant growth across this year, now including 8 unique sites and reaching more than 15 million unique users in November 2021.

The renewed agreement extends the partnership into its third year, as Venatus continues to monetise Gfinity's web platforms and direct campaigns which connect with brands and publishers across the gaming community. · RC and DD resource and exploration programmes firmly underway following extensive site preparation allowing drilling activities to commence.
·Focus is on rapidly increasing the current JORC compliant resource of approx. 670,000oz to > 2Moz through a two-pronged approach:
· An initial 16 hole, 3,000m DD programme on the Mining License.
· A regional 10,000m RC campaign on the broader Prospecting License, both on the recently identified Southern Mineralised Zone ("SMZ") as well as on other identified targets.
· First assay results from the drilling programme are expected in late Q1 2022.
· The Company recently boosted attributable gold resources to +1.5Mozs following the 100% acquisition of the advanced Nyakafuru Gold Project plus a 75% interest in the Simba Gold Project, both located in Lake Victoria Gold Fields, Tanzania.

Highlights
· 39 drill holes completed for a total of 3,275m drilled to date, out of the planned total of 5,000m for the Phase 2 drilling programme
· Drilling is underway at the Loflin side of the Jones-Keystone-Loflin Project with seven drill holes for a total of 645m completed to date
· Significant sulphide mineralisation of over 25m intersected on the southern side and outside of the current known Loflin resource
· Drilling activities will pause during the Christmas and New Year period, with drilling scheduled to recommence on 4th January 2022
· Due to a current backlog reported by SGS Canada ("SGS"), the Company is not expecting the first assay results to be returned during December 2021
· The Company has successfully extended an existing 4.05 acre mining lease with an option to purchase agreement on the south-western ("Loflin") side of JKL for an additional six year period to 17 December 2027
· The Company has retained its 51% interest in all four of its projects by meeting Year 1 minimum expenditure requirements
