There's nothing to revoke. What we have right now is a recommendation. Approval is a distinct process, so no absolute certainty, but unlikely to fail at that hurdle.

Disagree bout R&D. There are some very promising prospects in development but, as always in biotechs, it has all taken much longer than expected. Whether they realise it via a sell-off or keeping in-house, IMO there is a great deal of potential value here outside of CAR-T.
