I hope so, but it's hard to say. It's a non-independent report persuading us that the valuation is now higher than before, but no-one has bought any yet so there is no market. I'd like to believe it but I won't be placing any more money to follow my modest holding in this - I regard it as an outside bet that just might (<10% chance) surprise us with a big upside after a few years ....... but probably won't!

This very clear video gives full explanation. The Reflex method is actually a procedure that includes an NIPT test but only for women judged high-risk. It doesn't specify any particular NIPT test but the great advantage of this workflow is the reduction of false-positives. Speaker (Prof. Wald) states they have been doing the Reflex Procedure for over a year at the Wolfson with excellent results so, I guess, they have been doing it while incorporating the Prenaitha test? http://www.lmsalpha.com/features/talk

Not sure of technology used (no reference to original research article given in Guardian) bur article does state "The NHS plans to introduce a similar screening procedure in 2018, that will be offered to about 10,000 women a year who are considered to have a higher risk of giving birth to a baby with one of the conditions." Be good to know if this "Reflex" method they refer to is actually Premaitha's?

Nomlungu, Thanks. Even at those probably conservative penetration rates the potential is enormous. Ignoring any further dilution, and unless my back-of-envelope calculations are wrong, at peak sales and assuming a market cap of 10X peak sales, the share price would be somewhere around the $15 mark.
