Yes. I know investors get frustrated at the time all this takes, but that's science and medicine. On the plus side RENE do have a lot going on and they ARE getting things done well beyond the phase of blue-sky thinking ..... in that sense much better than some bois. Agree with many here that it may well be a takeover target when even a single target looks more solid.

Well, there's still not really a lot of money involved in the daily churn, and I only had a couple of thousand here (which has gone into MTFB, so I'm not feeling sorry for myself...) and a fair bit is directors buying. Which is good, but it also means that there won't be any substantive news in the very near future. After all the excitement, they were selling at less than 1.5p yesterday pm! Anyway, I'm keeping my eye on this and hoping they don't release good news until after my MTFB have tripled at the very minimum.

Probably the best way to do that is to have them state owned until they are large and stable enough to be spun off - in that way avoid all the IPO and early-stage "financial engineering" that has nothing to do with value, health or ethics.

A question for the judge I think! It's very hard, without being a lawyer specialising in exactly this area and aware of any precedents and current trends in the relevant law, to predict these things. My suspicion is that it would be permissible because none of the disputed, patented processes would occur in the UK. BUT, I am not a lawyer.

IMO, given that the judge was effectively given the role of interpreting the law in the light of several recent judgements/changes, it is hardly surprising that Premaitha's advice about the chance of success proved wrong. The only aspect of the challenges that seem a bit "fly" are Prem's claim that doing some of the IT outside the UK dodges the IP - to this layman that was bound to fail!

but I sold out recently at 2p and, despite all the gyrations, I couldn't have done better in the last few days. At the moment this is a bit too long-tern for me but I'm going to keep my eye on it as there IS huge potential if it all works out, so perhaps buy in again if these directors' purchases are a harbinger of better things to come.

I think it's normally (always??) a different (Appeals Court) judge. Guidance from gov.uk: "You usually only get one chance to appeal, and in almost all cases you must ask for the judge�s permission to appeal against their decision. The judge will only let you appeal if you have a real chance of success or there�s another very strong reason why the appeal should be heard. You must explain why the decision was wrong or unfair � for instance there was a serious mistake or the court didn�t follow the right steps."

The largest buy this am was still less than �9000! There are a LOT of people who would gamble that...

IMO just a few gamblers banking on a rebound ... which probably will occur. If we get sudden and advantageous MTFB news, the rebound could be very significant. Big risks, big rewards I guess?
