As it's already been laid, last year, with assumed change of only the royalties. This could be very quick. What happened in parliament in December when it got withdrawn? Had it already gone through committee process? As i feel it was in parliament when it got pulled.

Also the nervious nature of shareholders with this stock is the opportunity as slow to react. As seen in December when the incredible opportunity arose in the 7's and 8's with LI laid and ratification resubmitted. I'm glad i went balls deep then.

Its certainly in the pipeline! It's a big Hold or intial buy for me. Imagine the flurry once released on the business agenda or parliamentary agenda.

The new Royalty legislation was promiently laid before parliament the same week in December. Now this should come into force COP tomorrow. The light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter.
