Looks like a decent risk/reward trade. Within a week the anticipation will kick in. Ratification talk can easily be pencilled in for next week. If nothing is talked this week. ALL 3 days of work for them this week. The LI automatically comes into law on tuesday. Close of play tuesday or first thing i have no idea. But it will be law next week so why not have the mining lease talk after monday's committee decision.

I think it can be ratified before. But i've always expected it after the LI, hence the reason for the new submission. So 1 week to push through.

There is no doubt in my mind that the LI will come in to affect 10th March. As has been said many times the majority put the LI in and have a majority. So unless a rebellion it goes through. Also a good chance on the 9th March the committee confirm their recommendations on the mining lease and ratify or at least present their decision the 10th March

It's actually setting it's self up nicely for a Cup&handle breakout to pop above 20p. The trend is up. Above 20p, obviously can get extreme movements but i'm more conservative on the share price, as it will be valued linked. So will be great to get into the 30's on ratification. Buyout of 40p in the short term would do me this H1. Hold to close to production e.g reduced NPV discount. Easily pushing to all time highs.

The timeframe hasn't changed. The amount Ghana will be earning has, with current spodumene price. It would almost be criminal not to get this to production ASAP. It will appear smart of the government to get going ASAP and use it as a grand publicity helping the local enconomy and country as a whole.
