If they have their heads screwed on I cant see them doing so. Be a non-dilutative agreement but I do believe a consolidation is inevitable.

People taking small profits and not understanding the 10x upside that should exist for news alone. 2mil mcap. 20mil should be the target.

I'd say zoom. PSC would be the best deal here and IMO that's the way it'll go. If the directors are addressing past issues dilution must be avoided. Consolidation is needed as well but shouldn't hurt mcap and percentage of such mcap that you may own if the good news keeps on coming.

Interesting read. Cautious is how I'd say it's worded but openly believes negotiations are at an advanced stage and not an early stage. My own belief would be consolidation yes but the project may be funded without dilution. I don't think it's what any shareholder wants and would people have enough faith to back a placing given the companies past? Risking the security of acquiring the asset. Debt financing or other agreements with regards to the funding may be a better solution. But either way it looks like the deal may be on and here sooner than we think.

Agreed Taff. But if there was consolidation your value should barely change as it's a percentage of mcap you hold. So company value would remain the same but as an example 10,000 of what you hold now may be 1 after consolidation. Make it easy, company has 10bn shares. You have 10m of them. Reduce both by a factor of 10. Or 100 or 1000 etc. Simply moving the decimal point along, not altering value of what you hold because you aren't changing the mcap.

Cant fault those banking profits but the nature of the deal will help understand if any costs are needed. Either way, look at the mcap, the moment a deal is on the table for a monster asset a gap up is an understatement. It'll be 20-30mil mcap in the blink of an eye.

Consolidation and a re-rate if news lands. Number of shares just looks silly... But if news lands potentially the biggest riser of the year.

The more we talk about it will attract a huge wave of buyers and hopefully so will good news next week. It'd be nice to see us new to this share make profit and hopefully those that have been here for an eternity also make profit or at the very least get evens.
