I blame adoubleuk for the SP price drop. On Monday he posted: 'Sell in May, buy back on St. Ledgers day. + Anyone applying such thinking to this little operation needs his or her head examined...' You had to tempt fate didn't you!

With HUR stating FPSO to leave Dubai end of 3rd Q (either in Road show or 2nd Q presentation) my view of FOIL before Xmas waived somewhat. But my view now is that this is hopefully just the normal conservative HUR viewpoint. Mainly because is there really 4 months of work left to do on the AM? I do not know the answer to this but my guess is no because most major jobs are done (greenwater protection, thruster, turret, vsd, painting). No doubt there are other major jobs but 4 months worth, surely not. Bluewater are highly incentivised to get the vessel on-site asap so here's hoping for early sail away and a chance of FOIL this year. Superb Daily Mail article, thanks for posting. HUR market cap when SP hit 67p last May was about �700m. Now Mcap is just over �900m. Obviously to me as a mere mortal the SP is king but interesting that the Mcap is so much higher than it was. Will be a 1 Billion pound company at around 51.5p.

10p rise in 1 month, thank goodness for that. Hope it shoots up further on PBLJ, or other, news.

To me from the above 2 docs suggest that FOIL is not going to happen this year. The sail away of FPSO is 3Q and being stated as end of 3Q. Then 6 weeks to Rotterdam, then various bits of commissioning etc.will take us past Xmas.

If this happens then the oil price will likely increase even higher, so good news for HUR and us PIs.
