Stalled @ 98 not moving much and not many buys/sells

The Company intends to publish and send a circular (the "Circular") to shareholders convening the General Meeting in connection with the issue of the Conditional Fundraising Shares on or around 26 May 2020. The Circular will also be available on the Company's website: www.OpenOrphan.com .

An updated corporate presentation will be made available on the Company's website.

A further announcement will be made following the close of the Bookbuild, confirming final details of the Placing.

I am also in @12.69 so holding. If they sold all the 11p by 8.30 there is a real appetite and investors see the potential. CF is a wise and smart man. He was stating last week he did not want a run away SP.
He lining the business for growth. He is tied in for 3 years and invested a lot of his money and a nice option for a pay out is if a buyer comes in.

We have payable dividend unlike others. Prospects of 5G network roll out competing with fixed line service providers B.T. and Virgin. As speeds will be comparable if not faster.
There mast infrastructure sell off next year also adds to the value. I am long term hold and had Vodafones ups and downs for 20 years. Being in the telecom market and work with Vodafone they are and will be place well to take up new 5G subscribers from the broadband providers with fixed line .

Big scaling back of the .80p shares issued. I am only receiving 1/3 of my share allocation. I hear some missed out. A large amount of the shares were side lined so what will be sold off on the 28th May I believe will have little effect on the sp..we might even see an increase as it can be difficult to purchase large amount of shares as.there are so few.. I had difficulty purchasing shares the other day . 20 minutes of pressing to buy only £3000 to be told none available so I had to buy smaller amounts and.over two days. These shares are in demand and now with the great news today of CE approval. I can only see this going north.

Scaling back to a third of what I applied for at 80p means there is a demand and people see the value. I will be holding for the longer term . We have the wait the confirmation on the CE approval which should improve the SP from the present 164p.

Deepjoy . That's a bit strong. Why do I need to reinvent myself if you cannot read a dealing board which is fact.

Ce Genedrive® 96 SARS-CoV-2 kit with Cytiva approval RNS 1st May 2020 was forecast 3 weeks from the announcement so we should see it land very soon.

Some large trades at 100k and 50k today. Must be some pending news or anticipation. They must be corporate buys as I can never get a price on the market for large amounts. Circulation of shares is limited and people are holding on to there stock as we have some anticipated good news.

Citizenlane, the Forbes reports after the report of the tests were made public. The Times report was prior to this report being public.

The Oxford lab test on monkeys was a big blow in the report. AstraZeneca association with Oxford lab but not a good result.

Early trading showing more sales this morning as some short profit taking going on. Long term hold and ride the volatility.

Not good news from this report for Astrazeneca and Oxford labs.

Results were good and long term with 2021 mast infrastructure sell off. We have the 5G rollout which will be a major contender for fixed line operators so service to the home dia a 5G dongle. The O2 and Virgin media for fix line broad band is out of date and 5G is the wireless solution of the future . I can only see subscribers moving from fixed line too 5G wireless.
