RNS on the 20th May DEUTSCHE BANK RAISES BT GROUP TO 'HOLD' ('SELL') - TARGET 125 (110) PENCE.
So looking to hold.

The 143p was the sweet buy in point to top up. I can only see this going North with CE approval not taken into account when it was released on 22nd May RNS and sp was at 167.5p.

ODX is up flowing Sky News interview. RNS has not landed there yet but people going on what was said on the short blood test at home no more than that.
In yesterday at 103p so happy to wait as lots of good news to look forward to in the next week.

Wait .I see the next trying point at 134-135p when it reaches this hopefully before 11th of June. I will then take the div and see the drop .Then exit as I have a lot invested in Telecoms , Verizon ( Nice Div pay outs), Orange , BT. (potential up).

Since we got the CE the market has not reacted to this good news and opportunity. Nice pickings at this level.

This is now on charting at the bottom and buy in opportunity. RNS this morning shows a small percentage hold some. Nice to now pick some stock up for upward from here at this price .

BGF and HSBC RNS of holdings . Each having about 5.5% holdings now. BGF reduced holding from 7.7%.

Yes the 80p people are off loading which gives a good opportunity to top up. I will only add to my 80p share allocation and my previous holdings.

The Company will also put proposals to shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to obtain the approval necessary for a capital reduction which will be required to implement the demerger.. Quote.

5G allows gig speed which is far better that I have with so called Virgin fibre at present 100meg. Future fibre will allow faster speeds that present but the operators presently are only offer a 1/10 th of the speed of what 5G will allow.
Technology moves on and 6G is already in the testbed and being developed. Its far more costly to lay fibre. Fibre is only laid where the payback can be achieved in urban areas.

The light bulb needs to come on and people wake up to reality.
Any split takes value and devalues the main company. This is reality in the real world of running a company. Business split of parts of there business for a number of reasons. This might not be your main core business which allows additional interest for investors or to be sold and capital returned to your main business.

Until we see what the value of StemPrintER after the meeting on the 29th May people can speculate what the value might be. No forth coming evaluation was give only that it is presently at "zero book value" . Tuesday will be interesting to see if the sp stalls and waits for the decision.
Do I want to hold new StemPrintER as a separate stock on the LSE and a devalued Tiziana Life Sc on day one or wait until the stock is split and buy into Tiziana Life Sc.?What will be the value and devaluation of Tiziana Life Sc when the split occurs?

Jack in my trading account and added to my other shares. I was not expecting to see them until the 28th May so surprised.

I have received my 1/3 allocation of @80p so nice top up. I only see these as an opportunity of lower my average and in for the long run. An over subscription means these are in demand.

DrLong, so wise words and my thoughts as well. Until we have confirmation on the split and value. I cannot see now people just speculate. I like facts and figures before I am in, not just going on a gut feel.
Wait for the next RNS to land and then we should see some sp movement.

No free lunch . It's not if it's when StemPrintER is spun off and the shares value of TILS be reduced accordingly.
When put on the spot in the interview no value was forth coming.
My concern is I will have a new holding StemPrintER with an unknown value until day one on the market. I feel this is just diluting the value of TILS.
Does splitting a company make good business sense?

ORPH ..Do some research of videos on Cathal Friel. He explains how he wants to grow the company and the potential. It's a very interesting share. Dont trade in the first hour of trading due to volatility. Don't be disheartened with drops as these shares are volatile with big potential upside. Watch the chart which can be entertaining and the true facts found on the RNS release. I am in for the long run on ORPH as great potential.
