I think that is the key point - I thought for many years they would have to raise again when they expanded and they have now ruled that out. Not only is that almost unique in an AIM share it also confirms management's confidence in themselves, their employees and the business

Very true - our only card to play is to vote directors out at each AGM as they come up for re election - my finger is hovering

Hope they achieve something, anything rather then relying on growth chart related to the cost of the board

I agree - took part in attempt to oust them but this undemocratic and absurd rule about not being able to use votes in a nominee account thwarted us- oil at over 90 bucks sp under 1p - wressle cash seeping away as the oil depletes and wage and expense bill is maintained - we just have to hope one of their projects pays off - last presentation was pretty good

Probably a hold but for better or worse I am holding what is a significant holding for the long term - been nothing but good news. With reg applications in, distribution centre approved in Ireland, new products in a growing market (my wife works in orthopeadics and says very much part of the future) as long as they control cost this will at some point fly imo but best of all unlike many aim shares I have not lost a nights sleep on this one - quite the opposite

Yes a fantastic achievement - they are not selling hot cross buns but high risk products without it seems any significant problems

Prefer steady as she goes - they are building something special

I know me too it is just so frustrating - what more can they do. As they said on the call it will catch up as they keep on delivering

Another winning year but so much more - no equity funding for expansion plans next year, moving to medical devices entity , all sorts of initiatives - these results are stuffed full of optimism. What a company - great directors leading a highly motivated and engaged work force

We did exactly that and had over 5% but their lawyers advised not valid. You can vote out directors but as I say I hope those days are in the past with hopefully a positive future on the way after a decade so losses

I truly hope you are right. Business has grown qtr to qtr with new products and territories to come and led by competent managers - fingers crossed

The problem is we are powerless to change anything. If you hold shares in a nominee account then; as I found out recently, you cannot use your shares to call for an EGM. Write to your MP - as totally wrong

I do think however that for the first time in many years the company has a number of initiatives that may finally deliver shareholder/company returns

I could not agree more. For once; prove up one of our investments before all the wressle money is pi##ed away save for supporting our director’s lifestyles

Because he has a buck load of options so no need to buy any more. To me he shows he has listened but believe me I am not excited just good to see him buy shares with his own money
