Totally agree - if you look at the RBD board it tells you how to make the application or what was wrong with their initial request

If he (they) just showed some humility and that (he) they were listening this would all go away and he could get on with what he is paid handsomely to do.

So, so fed up with our board - not listening and intent on squandering wressle money - I am a loyal person by nature but this has been years and years of misery. It is more the description of last year as successful - often said by successive boards - lots of back slapping whilst the one true reflection of success for shareholders, the share price, has declined from 25 to1p. I guess they mean the skiing season or Caribbean weather as they holiday in luxury......

I would pay him off - replace with cheaper team and pay out remaining income from wressle to shareholders rather then invest in more gambling projects with our money. The climate for small oilers operating in UK will be grim under a labour government - share price over the years has gone from 25p to 1p - will, is that how you define another succesful year? Pay out wressle income through dividends or buy backs - get the sp back to 3p where it was before the crazy rights issue

Need to reduce the board and therefore cost to 3 people until such time as the company shows it can grow not from a field that someone else runs. Also look for companies that would buy us

Very sad and does none of us any good having to vote against the company we have invested your hard earned in - but had to be done before wressle money is completely squandered. Should have been using at least some of the money to buy back shares we so recklessly gave away at 1.8p instead of filling the bank accounts of our directors. No doubt some good work has been done but this company was being run for the board

I would imagine there may well be a delay as it must be the case that recent events will impact the terms, including price, of any offtake agreement. Better they wait until the dust has settled

At least for once or actually twice with EOG on AIM small share holders are bothering to cast their votes against the current board - we will still need the larger share holders to join us so ultimately may not be heard but it is refreshing to see those who are unhappy not sitting idly by whilst the company is driven to extinction.

Pretty sustained selling for awhile now but price to sell remaining at 55. Normally only takes a few sells or buys to move TRX. Buyer in the background?

They had the temerity at the call to say the share price got to 3p on serenity excitement when in ranked it tanked when the 1.8p rights issue was announced.

Open, communicative and salaries that befit a small operator with share options to handsomely reward performance. Most of all not to waste the last of the wressle money and to regain the confidence of investors

Proud of this group of shareholders - first time in my years of investing that shareholders are trying to make their votes count at an AGM - might be in vain but at least we have tried

Wishful thinking - I know it is worth more but a)we just don't have any credibility - in all the time I have these shares (sold half) successive boards have never delivered on anything (I remember being shocked when sp dropped to 6p) b) we are in a just stop oil world with a change of government on the way and c) our trophy asset is in a country where the relevant minister is an idealogue and d) our current board will waste our excellent asset

so 2.2p great, 4p delirious!
