Always nice to see a little bit of banter imo about “ holidays” etc but keep it in perspective.
Very good news yesterday and good to see CF on 3 platforms giving a separate update.
I feel it was a great RNS yesterday and may nit be a Human Challenge model as in giving a circulating live virus direct to a healthy population.
But you should not underestimate that fact that this Vax is based on a live attenuated virus which normally does not always require an adjuvant.I have not seen if this one does but as it is an intro
a nasal one then it may do.
Most if the other efforts involve killed or modified live so are certainly not as potent or susceptible to virulence as a live attenuated version which is what this one is.
So needs to done in a safe setting but this is much more risky approach than other potential Covid 19 Vax but makes perfect sense to agree this deal whilst they are working in their in house Challenge model

Pre clinical often involves both In Vitro and In Vivo Studies bit is not split into distinct timed phased like in clinical pathways.

WTP think that is saying current pre clinical but that Stage 2 is Clinical p2 hence human.

Yep and we know the Covidity play here is only a very small part of the overall story here and that the other SCLP platforms offer great potential which most of us are familiar with and when they generate the data and/ or monetisation this will rerate accordingly imo.
But in the shorter term I believe if Covidity pre clinical data is announced or news on grant funding to develop it that will really capture the imagination of the wider market rather than the other platforms ATM.

Absolutely and really look forward to SCLP releasing pre clinical data as I would certainly expect it to be equally as good if not better.
The other point to bear in mind is brings new ex Woodford fund the SP was hammered down by Acacia.
Think along similar lines here as CF which I think took it down here to 3.5p if memory serves me right.
So you can imagine that combination in today’s bouyant market and you would expect a big spike so be very interesting to see if any indications from CH on Thursday or news before then

As I said yesterday the SarahbJulian they are in all week visiting different bits of Uni including labs in fight vs Covid and yes today they are looking at Cows

Chris Ackers is an entrepreneur and serial investor and has a big twitter following. When he buys in something a lot of people take notice.I don’t know a lot about how he operates but he does drive sentiment.
I use “ we” in a collective sense meaning all SCLP investors but obviously it is my particular wish but in an all inclusive framework.For eg “ we” as in every SCLP investor moving upwards and onwards.
One theory was just one of circular trades” so likes of Diggles and Redmile or others trying to contain the SP within a range so that they gain from the funding arrangement.
Also no surprise the SP went up prior to the raise as often happens abd that could be linked to some of off market trades.
If these had been true au would expect they would have finished after 22nd but have been a couple since so may be part of same or simply someone building a position or settling trades amongst MMs or institutions.
However if it is Chris Ackers building a stake and he often buys in the market then that would be good but until he confirms buying placing or a TR1 comes it us just a guess
