Take the point and know you will take my post in ríght spirit. I am much more a strategic than detail guy and yes the discussion was excellent and we can all decide what we want to consume or not. Was in no way trying to present it as negative in any way just some people who may only look in once a day or even more seldom may missitens more pertinent to them if large volume of over their head stufff. But much much better to have that than pointless arguments. On any BB different people require varying inputs so hence agendas can clash but always nice when we are tolerant and polite to others which I know you are ATB

As Inanaco says different type of mice. You animal test to basically screen compounds at a very early stage establishing LD50 levels etc and other pre clinical stages. It can still take 10 years to get Approval and follows similar pattern to human trials so no quick fix. Also On Veterinary Medicine in UK you have a cascade system which allows you to use off licence in a series of situations such as use in that species/ similar indications in other species etc

Yes I pad they’ve could be but as others have said a very low priority and extremely low size of market. Melanoma in dogs for instance is tiny and the only sizeable markets are for prevention of FeLV( Feline leuakaemia))

As already said excellent discussions on the science and of course much much better to discuss the finer points than the tit for tat dialogue. As someone who has been involved in selling cancer Vaccines albeit in Veterinary so not claiming to be an expert in human oncology but certainly happy to discuss APCs/T Cells/ humoral and Cell Mediated Responses to Veterinary Professors of oncology etc.so have a basic knowledge of immune response. Not trying to take sides here as it is above my level of knowledge and TBH for me to try and understand it further is simply not imo worth all the effort it would take. Do appreciate the scientific input from all sides here but in my experience the real experts like LD although they understand the finer points don’t normally delve too deeply into the semantics for investment audiences. Personally I feel enough to make sound judgements on the science and trust the expertise of LD having met her a couple of times so that is good enough for me. Equally I recognise the negative aspects that posting and arguing about the minutiae of the science can have on the vast majority of investors who either don’t understand or need or want to have such knowledge. Great scientific discussion tonight but would just want to make point to I imagine quite a few invested here. Don’t worry if you feel a lot of this is above your head as imo you don’t need to know this level of detail to be fully aware of the compelling science here and have total confidence in the scíentific evidence supportive of Immunobody and Moditope.

Agree.To me the NDA submission was a given just an annoying delay but IF it was for a reason for eg to include new pooled data. The commercial pathway is the big game in town and that is the catalyst for a rerate imo

I do believe the probability is good as going it alone in US was original preference but that has changed since then to partnering.Of course the option for the ROW has not changed at all. I know they have been having active discussions with a number of parties for a long while on both fronts and of course there is also still the option of a global buy out but that would come at a late stage. However if is fast approaching decision time so imo they must have evaluated the options by now and be pretty ready much down the road to progressing things. They also raised funds recently to ensure commercialisation of ABSSSI so the amount they raised would have been in line with anticipated US commercialisation plans. Happy to report back from AGM.It will be the first I have attended but just feel this is the important one to try and get a real feel for things moving forward.

Agree those months are pivotal MTFB must have their list of preferred strategic options now the NDA is submitted so advance and finalise discussions so they can press the button assuming NDA is accepted.

Not so sure about LTH being the smart ones. Yes we may know the fundamentals and relaxed during the downtime’s but has been a frustrating ride for many and many have a higher average than curent SP

Given the rangebound SP over a long time you are probably safe buying under 37p for the foreseeable future. Yes this could easily move northward but think will be well signalled either by an end to selling into good news and/or news on commercial progress or clarifucation

FDA response to Acceptance of NDA mid August and FDA Approval decision 6 months on. Strongly suggest anyone with questions attends AGM on Tuesday and ask them. Accept not everyone can attend but if you are invested here and want to know about your investment you will get much more information from there than listening to anyone on here ATB

Yes Ruck We are fortunate that with SCLP we have compelling evidence from Immunobody and fantastic potential from Moditope plus TCR etc.So the downside is low and the upside is tremendous so a great risk / reward imo. However is not helpful again imo to think that only one approach will produce most of the answers or that it is a given that SCLP offers a one way street for success. But the options we have here,the great progress made on a lot of fronts,the special scientific knowledge and understanding that LD brings to the table and the external validation of others all help to give me a lot of faith in the long term future here. The next phase is upon us in that the current partnershios will take SCLP forward and there will be a lot of eyes on us here.The success of the SCIB 1 Combo and Moditope in the clinic will ultimately determine the value here. The CRUK Challenge is a great opportunity and in balance the chance of success is high given the great team put together but again it is not a given. So some great stepping stones here over the next 12-18 months I just wish they would announce the IND for Combo Trial as really want this to get underway ASAP now the Moditope latent is sorted and funding is secured for some time. Anyway much better than the petty arguments here which I do think detracts from a much wider audience in posting their views here. ATB
