Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
@CAR3Y Well done. I would join you with more myself at this sp but I have a % limit on any share
holding in my portfolio and I am just above that with kdnc.. However, at this current price
I cannot believe holding for a year or two will not be profitable.
Re: POG and future outlook.
If you want inside info on gold/silver manipulation and effects of Basel 3, I recommend
"Live from the Vault" podcasts with insider Andrew McGuire giving details of gold dealings.
Worth going back over last 2/3 videos. Looking good for 2022.
However cautious the projections are on Amapa book value/ebitda they give truly amazing
returns for the kdnc investment of $6m.
Also bear in mind on future capex we are talking about rehabilitation of equipment that was
in good working condition in 2012, all the deep mining expenditure work has been done.
Yes, there will be a port reconstruction but the overall costs will be far less than a new venture
with local government support and goodwill the investment is sure of success.
From here on kdnc has great potential and a strong buy from me.
@Aquae - thank you for your contribution. After the rapid drop in sp I made very rudimentary
checks on previous rns's, listened to Adams interview and felt that the fall had been overdone.
So I made further addition to my holding.
Clearly we are still rather in limbo awaiting new CEO but the prospects have not changed after
the latest drill results imv.
Thought it a good move yesterday to pick up my proposed additional purchase of
shares over my guranteed placing allocation. At premium of less than 0.2p it seemed
a small price to pay for certainty imv. I would expect some scaling down at placing
on excess share applications.
At this sp and with a number of projects coming to fruition kdnc is undervalued.
Although limited sale transactions of size so far it looks like some placees are happy to sell at 21p.
That will not continue for very long with present buying volume.
Maybe better to take current sp for any purchase rather than wait for a limited number at open offer.
Bird in the hand and all that!
Could it be that placing was brought forward due to interest from institutional investors?
This would give opportunity to satisfy this demand without sales from existing holders.
Just musing why large discount to sp was thought necessary.
The placing will provide funds to take holding in Amapa to 27%. The value of that investment alone
is likely to well exceed current market cap.
The BOD are giving existing shareholders an opportunity to take up further shares at 20.5p. That is
an offer not to refuse in my view.
@jimb2 Thank you for your continued contributions, inded from years ago you have been predicting
the EV revolution--to many doubters originally! kdnc is in an excellent position to benefit from this change.
I also notice that often after your posts there are a number of filtered posts. I have no interest in what they
say hence are filtered but I would encourage you and other genuine contributors to please continue.
We are close to receiving details of soil samples/surveys for our
two lithium projects in Australia, optioned out to Castillo.
If, as I would expect, samples show credible reserves for mining to be commercially
viable kdnc will receive payment by way of shares in Castillo and in addition future
regular income from the 2% Net Smelter Return agreed.
Not a game changer but a positive which has not been mentioned on this BB for some time.
The general opinion here [which is also mine] is that Ganfeng will likely want to take over
our jv at Sonora. The discussion and consent hinges on valuation.
But even at the very basic $20m mentioned this is still 40%+ of current kdnc market cap.
With other investments beside Amapa & Emh we are way under valued imo.
I am well overweight at present in kdnc but the outlook is so positive.
@Pippi From the original RNS of 21/05/2019 you will see that for 9 months prior to that date
Kdnc BOD were in contact with Amapa/Courts/Indo Sino to activate and conclude the JRP which
was crucial to success of the venture.
Kiran speaks fluent Portuguese and thus was able to interpret and negotiate with the Brasilian
Courts and local interested parties. I guess that was of advantage to Indo Sino, like a no win no
fee arrangement.
I was at the AGM in 2019 [as were other posters here] and Kiran said he was personally going to
work on Amapa as much as he was able. He is a man of integrity imv and I am pleased that
all his effort has now born fruit. Here's to a successful 2022 to Cadence shareholders.
Well I am still here. Not sold and have no intention of doing so at present.
Kept my sustantial holding as I had every confidence in Kiran.
Not posted much of late due to quality of many contributors but grateful for those who did
post updates and positive news.
