that this was very loosely worded.

Even if we can develop as per scoping study, with a market cap circa £45m I would see
funding difficulties for our minority stake to get development costs.

That is why I would not expect any favours from either BCN or Gangfeng for our jv.
I understand there is no mining agreements for either jv [inc Pilabara] so we are not in a
strong position to negotiate future development----Dallasdaz confrm?

Therefore I would expect Gangfeng to play "hardball" and either develop elsewhere [not
likely imv] or propose that we contribute to development costs or at best an "earn in"
agreement--with costs out of our control. Thus I feel we are strapped in to probable
difficult period of negotiation.

Roll on Amapa creditor agreement --at least we have input here.

positive chart outlook, substantial cash reserves, good licences with great prospects.

Not for widows and orphans, but a good speculative investment.

about 3 yrs ago.

Its quite sad to see the way the rail link from Amapa mine to port has been left to decay.

Virtually every metre will have to be cleared and checked for integrity before it can be used.

Nevertheless it will have to be done, road system in area would not cope with lorry transport.

@tomcat/tradecraft Have you seen the recent videos where a party of local people walked
the whole length [180 metres] of the railway? This gives an insight into the present condition
of line and rolling stock.
After 10yrs of neglect/vandalism a sobering prospect to rehabilitate to a working rail link.
Will take a considerable time irrespective of cost.

I now think rather differently about Ganfeng/Sonora.

From Ganfengs viewpoint their interests would be better served by asking kdnc to contribute
or "earn in" on Sonora development, knowing full well that kdnc's resources are limited.
Thus the buy out cost could well be a lot less than has been suggested here.

Never expect the Chinese to do you a commercial favour!

It looks to me that pretty well from the start of dealings yesterday the market was being supplied
with stock at .41/.42p. If sales had been mostly from pi's the sp would be more volatile.

So do I conclude sales of warrants which can now be exercised or pre sale of placing [.4p?]
We shall see, but I favour the latter, always seems to happen on AIM--no regulation.

I am only recently here [post placing] after my research. Clearly some stale placees have
sold on, reducing sp in short term.
£5m cash to fund increase in drilling of licenced areas and pog increasing [will continue imv]
will surely underpin current sp.
Looking forward to drilling results --- areas have great potential.

Surely the mm's have marked this down as the block listing is now effective.

If you were a creditor holding warrants at .2p wouldn't you be tempted to get
3x your money back by exercising?

The banks may have agreement "in principle" but there are clearly many items of clarification
still to be hammered out. Looks like yet more delay.

@Scoobydoo321 Agreed, I am not sure either. Have been looking at this share for
a little while and bought [2x3k] in for first time today. Copper is all the rage at present!

I am not complaining [now] but going back to placing as a LTH I had to risk £60k+
by purchasing sufficient new shares to bring my average down to realistic level.
Turned out to be the right move but was still unwanted risk.
