Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
@ jmb No idea what posters said after your comments as they are all filtered.
I agree offer for BCN could be interesting although I think Gangfeng will play it "cool".
Expecting final agreement with banks to be signed soon [Kiran was very definite in his
comments on VOX] and thus I added 90k more this afternoon.
Very positive outlook for kdnc imv.
Its quite sad to see the way the rail link from Amapa mine to port has been left to decay.
Virtually every metre will have to be cleared and checked for integrity before it can be used.
Nevertheless it will have to be done, road system in area would not cope with lorry transport.
@tomcat/tradecraft Have you seen the recent videos where a party of local people walked
the whole length [180 metres] of the railway? This gives an insight into the present condition
of line and rolling stock.
After 10yrs of neglect/vandalism a sobering prospect to rehabilitate to a working rail link.
Will take a considerable time irrespective of cost.
I now think rather differently about Ganfeng/Sonora.
From Ganfengs viewpoint their interests would be better served by asking kdnc to contribute
or "earn in" on Sonora development, knowing full well that kdnc's resources are limited.
Thus the buy out cost could well be a lot less than has been suggested here.
Never expect the Chinese to do you a commercial favour!
It looks to me that pretty well from the start of dealings yesterday the market was being supplied
with stock at .41/.42p. If sales had been mostly from pi's the sp would be more volatile.
So do I conclude sales of warrants which can now be exercised or pre sale of placing [.4p?]
We shall see, but I favour the latter, always seems to happen on AIM--no regulation.
Remember pre sale before last placing here?
I am only recently here [post placing] after my research. Clearly some stale placees have
sold on, reducing sp in short term.
£5m cash to fund increase in drilling of licenced areas and pog increasing [will continue imv]
will surely underpin current sp.
Looking forward to drilling results --- areas have great potential.
Surely the mm's have marked this down as the block listing is now effective.
If you were a creditor holding warrants at .2p wouldn't you be tempted to get
3x your money back by exercising?
I am not complaining [now] but going back to placing as a LTH I had to risk £60k+
by purchasing sufficient new shares to bring my average down to realistic level.
Turned out to be the right move but was still unwanted risk.
Lombard Odier sold down from 17% to 3.65% see RNS 21st & 26th Oct.
AS I said remarkable good fortune bearing in mind major Cap Raise early November!
@funds4future Lombard Odier sold down holding ----see RNS 21st October 2020.
That was fortunate? timing as substantial shareholder dilution was announced early |November
with major capital raise.
Of course I am not suggesting insider knowledge!
The BOD has authority to consolidate 0.01p shares nominal to 0.25p shares until 30th June 2021.
Given at AGM June 2020. I would expect this to happen to reduce shares in issue.
@Barksy1 I also thankyou for update re Frankie. I was getting a little concerned that she
was keeping fit and well. We met at a couple of AGM's when outlook for kdnc was cloudy!
I would advise prudent use of filter button [6 messages filtered so far today] to make this bb
more palatable to the genuinely interested shareholder.
