I thinks it's a fairly straightforward challenge from Aston to Rachel. Rachel you either accept or don't... Do you stand behind your convictions or not?

To be clear, I think there is a good chance of a cap raise between now and Xmas depending on events of course. But at the same time if you do take the bet - I hope I am wrong!!

Hey Aston, long time no speak. You know I don't like to feed the trolls but on this one solitary point I am going to have to say, a fund raise is coming - based on the interim statements there is ~225k cash left for H2 2025. Basically, there are not enough funds in the bank to very much.

However, there are caveats to the above, namely if there is:

1.) sale of an asset (based on RMs first vid - I thought there would have been an update on already).

2.) JV of an asset to do some drilling with mgt feed paid to Bluejay

3.) They secure some government funding

Point 3 more than likely would fund G&A costs and point 2 would mainly cover whatever exploration and provide limited G&A coverage.

So with deep regret, I have to say a cap raise is coming but it's a question of timing for me. I am going to assume after or in line with any Disko agreement for 2025. The question will be how much as currently we have to match funding unless a new agreement for the transfer of control is established etc.

Anyone know when we are likely to get our resource upgrade? - am betting it will be well over 50mt.

I will take a punt and say we will get the RNS early to mid next week re: Resource upgrade and the first shipment of the DMS plant being onsite for construction to commence - that will be a major share price catalyst ahead actual production starting.

Note: higher spod prices would also be welcome.

Well this is interesting... Not only does Finland have strategy and ambition to become a large producer of Hydrogen within Europe (Finish government have a €135m fund to support value chain development) LKAB who owns the Kiruna mine amongst others are developing green steel within Hydrogen being the main fuel for the furnaces... Infra is in place at Outukumpu and easy to re-open old drill holes - this seems like a.much better idea/venture than WFs Jameson Land.

CC - simply put we don't have the expertise and too many open questions. We have a lot of projects Thunderstone (early stage), Kangarluarsuk (drill ready), Disko (drill ready), Dundas (permitted), Enonkoski (drill ready), Hammaslathi (drill ready), Dundas License Extn (early stage), Outukumpu (exploration)... Why wouldn't we drill Kangarluarsuk or even put funds into our actual projects rather than chasing a "very expensive" pipe dream. RM said himself that drilling will be expensive for helium and it's unclear to me atleast if it's drill ready or more work needs to be done - he kept chopping and changing.

I will be voting against! This is management over reach and is a hospital pass to Bluejay shareholders IMO.

Lithium update looks like it's gonna be late July into August to get a full set (they are still drilling and first assays are due back in a couple of weeks).

Gold no timeline, suspect next year once plant is stable and operating.

Question, if this is such a fabulous asset - why did White Flame not seek out their own JV - why is it down to Bluejay to dilute it's shareholders and to seek out a JV ahead of expiry in 3 years time? By Rods own admission, while being super giddy, drilling here will not be cheap and we already have limited cash and no signs of disposing of prior assets. (Plus if this fabulous asset is going for a couple of million, enonkoski must be worth about 100k).

Where is Jays Jameson land? Thunderstone?

Be equally wary of down rampers. They pop up any time there is a discussion to do nothing more than down ramp - look at the almost identical posts they posts on this chat board which are really long and with the purpose of trying to stop people discussing views that don't match their own. Likelihood is there are single operators for multiple down ramper accounts. Recommend filtering on your preference for down/ramper accounts and always DYOR.

Hey Ashton, QQ - are AA drilling Disko this year or is it sampling, MAG surveys etc etc ?

I would concur with Aston, the JV terms will be revised. On what basis we need to wait and see and likely will be before any agreement on spending for 2025 and may be guided by the work being completed over the summer at Disko.

After catching up on the last few days posts, doesn't look like I have missed much but what a complete waste of time - any discussion appears to completely drowned out by nonsense posts. (Although I did chuckle about the one about the Cod fisherman on machinery on Disko island).

Anyway good luck to all genuine long term holders, it's been a painful ride, and hope Jay comes good at some point.

In fairness, this pretty much confirms what a lot of people on here already suspected especially related to the drilling method.

However, the damage is already done to investors trust and just because they have reinstated prior resource estimates doesn't mean that everything will suddenly be alright.

Ashton, so you think we are gonna get an RNS about Disko drilling? (irrespective of what Aillen says, about RMs extracurricular activities)

Jays BoD priorities are out of whack with reality!

I can literally hear it now, "guys, should we crack on with a Kobold / Disko RNS, nah let's get our share options sorted before we lift a finger to do something"

The share price is so cheap, the company the managements only "reward" should be to buy shares at these prices and back the company!

Inflate the shares on offer for sure :-)
