The increase in capex of $20m for a western furnace says to me they can secure the full amount to build the mine.

I'm hoping Glencore pay upfront so we have less dilution or very hopefully no dilution.

Does anyone know anything about off take agreements? Would there be a discount applied to the 60-70% of production?

Does that mean funding is almost complete? They must be confident in raising the money if they have now increased it by $20m. Also no mention of the $32m from the Brazilian bank in the investor update.

Is it possible to sell 22m and keep the same percentage? Could Orion have taken them?

They should update the website if the figures are wrong and the new presentation is correct. Very unprofessional to release new figures that way if that is the case. I have a feeling it's a mix up tho.

I'd prefer to see this going into production as a dividend for 20+ years would be nice.

I thought an offer was more likely to come before financing agreed as it wouldn't be in the interests of shareholders to sell the company after financing completed. That's my opinion anyway.

I don't think anything will be announced on Vermelho just yet. But it would be nice if it was.

I think we will see Glencore's off take being 14,500t a year. As JM has said longterm off take well advanced.

I was being conservative Wasa, I'm expecting the offer on Tuesday ;-)
