received initial approval for a financing facility of up to R$200 million (c.$32 million) from Banco da Amazônia and are advancing workstreams with a syndicate of five international banks for the principal project finance package, as previously announced.

I thought the $32m banco de Amazonia was in addition to the $325m as it would cause confusion if it was part of the 5 banks.

It is non binding, so probably Orion willing to pick up any slack.

If they could secure $12m each from the 3 tier one off takers and say $32m from the development bank that should be it. Any chance of this JM if you are reading?

I was hoping the Brazilian development bank and an upfront off take could be enough?

I'm hoping that's it for fund raising and we have enough cash and the off take agreement pays up front. So only 1.6bn shares in issue?

We were also told the Orion money was enough to see us until production. Or I thought we were? No mention of Teck or Glencore which is disappointing.

I think it was a load of bs, they just needed extra cash in the bank so they don't get shafted on the next fund raising.
