Hi valju, other than an estimated cash burn of £1m for July, my numbers are straight from yesterday's RNS.

cash at at 30.06.24 £32.9m less £5m paid to DHSC in July, less cash-burn, that leaves circa £27m cash versus an mcap of £35m. By the time they receive the vat refund, cash will be considerably less so it seems to me that the sp is going to drift until they prove they can increase sales

I was surprised by the market reaction yesterday, I thought the results were mediocre at best with revenue down on H1 2023 when you exclude YG. Cash-burn was higher than I expected too, let's hope they use the cash and vat refund wisely and grow the company

here's a little more about CEL-KT. it says CEL "now has circa 20%" so has it increased from 18.5% ?

anyway, my concern as a CEL investor is that we dont become the cash-cow for an R&D company that could be years away from having an approved product.

If you mean my post re KT you're wrong. I'm a new investor trying to look beyond the corporate bullcrap, KT is mentioned in the finals, CEL topped up with a further £18k which values KT at well over £1m which imo is complete rubbish. It may prove to be a winning investment long-term but that is years away.

...as Reach & UJO are co-operating more and more, perhaps there will be an opportunity to make further deals with cash & UJO shares. I would be happy with that as long as a lock-in period is agreed and announced to the market.

Just a reminder - The Company has entered into farm-in agreements with Reach to drill two wells, one of which, the Andrews 1-17, has already been drilled and declared a commercial discovery. The other well, the Diana-1, designed to test a Wilzetta Fault play, will be drilled during Q3 2024.
