Uggy in a way we are lucky that RBD, Rathlin and Egdon have all been dragging their feet. If Bramhill had to find capex for WN, Kedd, Bisc and Penystone all in the next few months a placing would be on the cards. WN is the never-ending story, the Kedd side-track has been relegated to upgrades and Bisc has been scuppered by legal action. Fortunately we have the cash to progress Penystone without a placing.

I believe you're mistaken, of the 4 £250k admissions of shares only 2 have gone ahead, the one supposed to go live on 12/07 hasn't happened as only £100k of the £250k has been paid. The 4th one required payment by today but according to the RNS payment hasnt been received.

The question now is why would the subscriber honour the agreement and pay £1.05 per share when he/she could buy them in the open market for 30p???

My investment is based on Colle Santo which I believe has a very good chance of going ahead, WN would be the icing on the cake

...it's clear to me that the market simply doesn't believe them. That will only change when they start work or when Rathlin issues their 2023 accounts (due by 30.09) with a post-period statement regarding funding - not long to wait to find out the truth

Whether it's 20bpd for 17.04-30.06 or 52bpd for the month of June, it's unreliable as a bpd number as there was testing throughout and ongoing upgrades so there must have been lots of downtime. The good news is we now know where to look for regular data for all Reach's oil wells

I thought it may drift down to 40p-44p over the next few months but I never saw this coming. I surprised that the loan facility is not with a bank, did I miss that in a previous RNS or was the lender identity not disclosed?

I contacted NLC re the application in early June - here is a reminder of the reply I received on 06.06.24. He says that once the outstanding issues are resolved (done!) he will will prepare a report and recommendation - with a little luck we will have a positive out in Q3

I am currently in discussions with the applicant to resolve some outstanding matters, I will then have to prepare a report and recommendation. At the present time the planning application is a delegated item, meaning that it can be determined by officers without needing to be referred to the planning committee for a decision; however this could change prior to a decision being made. Any change in status of the application will be updated on our website. I hope that this has clarified the current position of the application. Pboo I suspect we are right and it is since 17/04 but they were in the testing phase and there would be lots of downtime for the upgrades too. Hopefully it will be gushing once the permanent production facilities are finished but I'm wary because Bramhill is the biggest ramper out there, remember "Wressle has flowed at over 1000bpd"

Early days heid, I'm sceptical whenever DB opens his mouth but he did say "permanent production facilities" will take a few weeks and that we will have an update early August. At least we know where to look for production data because we cant rely on DB be transparent, let's hope A-2 is a "major success" too :)

...this is really good news as the planning application is a 'delegated item' so it does not need to be put before the planning committee. I suspect NLC will grant permission very soon.

I hope it is for the month of June but in that case why cant we see data for May?

The archaeological field evaluation is complete:

The HER has no further objection to the determination of the planning application. No further archaeological investigation is required either in advance of or during the development . No further recommendations for archaeology.

Conservation - There would be multiple phases to the proposed extension however it is not considered there

would be any heritage impact arising here. The proposal meets the requirement of section 66 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 and setting would be preserved.
