Is it not the case that the RP subsidiary is included in net assets, so when RP is liquidated to pay off debt, Beacon gets nothing and the RP asset will be reduced to zero in BCE's books?

Hydras, Keddington hasn't been in production since May when it produced 6 bpd so pressure has been building for 7 months - I believe wells tend to spike briefly after a shut down, so I expect Bramhill to announce a snapshot rate which will please everyone but not be sustained, we shall see

Micky my concerns are 3-fold

1. poor comms from DB (business as usual)

2. Andrews 1&2 appear to be running out of steam very quickly

3. with poo at $72, Wressle at 370bpd, revenue is under $300k per month

The Interims as at 30.06.24 were published 30.09.24 and stated...

"Successfully completed 12 harvests from Phase 1 grow facility. Now anticipate completing 16 harvests in 2024."

Q. Is that 12 harvests as at 30.06.24 or as at 30.09.24? thx

...just wondering about this statement. Are you saying that a 1kg of flowers is worth far less than whatever small amount of Celadon product 1kg would produce, even accounting for the lab costs? Any idea as to comparable values? thx.

...consultation ends 24 Jan, well over 20 days so must be of "high public interest" - based on a 16 weeks time-frame from 24.01, a decision may not be forthcoming before June 2025

Revenue est. 8765 x $60 x .45 = $236k plus 20.221m x $2.5 x .45 = $23k Total $259k

Andrews-1 Sep: 505 + 5'373mcf Andrews-2 Sep: 344 + 2'525mcf - Sept revenue about $31k

Total costs so far $1.203m less $260k = $940k

...using the Sept. revenue estimate, break-even is in about 30 months

...reality is 17 bpd in Sept.

29.10.24 Wilcox structures to the north and the east of Taylor were prolific in 1920s, producing in the thousands of barrels of oil per day. Historically, there have been several regional, high-profile fields such as the Bowlegs field that produced 195 million barrels of oil from the Hunton, Wilcox and Misener reservoirs.

Morning pboo, based on RNSs and ok.gov, I have calculated that October production for A1 and A2 combined was about 8'700mcf gas (up 10%) but only 525 bls oil which is a big drop - we will find out in a week to 10 days

Also, Taylor is now listed on ok.gov as active from 02.12.24 - first official data mid Feb

...pre Wressle the mcap peaked at £48m when all we had was a dribble from kedd

Jokin the September RNS still doesn't make sense in conjunction with the Nov RNS - between 23.09 and 26.11 the RNSs indicate revenue was a minimum of $1m (assuming $20.99m as at 23.09) or almost $2m if 23.09 was just over $20m

23.09.24 RNS - in excess of US$20,000,000

29.10.24 RNS - revenues of over US$21,000,000

26.11.24 RNS - revenues of over US$22,000,000
