I'm confused, why do you think BCE will end with with millions from the liquidation of RP? RP has debts of Euro7.5m, these debts will be repaid from whatever can be raised by selling RP's assets, surely BCE will only benefit if the sale value is greater than the debts which seems very unlikely?

09.09.24 Sidoti predicts 2024 revenue of £6.0m

H1 revenue was £2.339m, I expect H2 revenue to be about $1.8m from Wressle and maybe $200k from the US so about £3.9m - £4.1m for 2024, not too bad for a small oiler but cash-burn could be substantial in 2025 plus Wressle revenue seems to be sub $300k pm currently. Any big ticket items, eg Penystone will require a substantial cash injection.

...consultation ends 24 Jan, well over 20 days so must be of "high public interest", ergo we could be waiting months for a decision, possibly May or longer. Where did you come across April???

I applaud his efforts to create a new revenue stream but it looks as though due diligence is not his forte
